All good as only one night but pool small and rooftop bar being renovated so couldn’t use Condoms by bed a bit in appropriate as was travelling with ten year old son

I really like the location of the hotel.It's very friendly very near to the main attractions of the city. I like the food which is available there in the drinks that are freshly made and served. The hotel rooms are very clean and it is all well maintained. There's always someone available at the reception. It is like 24 hours availability. For any person, so in case of anything, you can just go in, check with them

Good location, close to the shopping mall and good restaurants near-by. Not enough reception staff. Every time when contact, we had to wait for a long time.

Great location, fast wi-fi, comfortable bed. Laundry room was a really nice bonus. As for the downsides... On the first day people kept entering my room with their keycards, and not all of them were hotel workers, which was creepy. One night some neighbours were having sex. Good for them, not so good for my sleep — so the soundproofing could be better. And I also got allergic to the shower gel which never happened before. So it really was a 50/50 experience

It was impossible to sleep because you can hear everything from your room. Cleaner came in my room whilst I was sleep also at 9. Super stylish hotel though with a cool gym. Shame it didn’t deliver on its core purpose of a place where you can get rest.

Very friendly reception staff. Location close to the center. Room lighting is poor, especially in the sink area.

Super mega nice hotel, very well located and super safe because without a card you cannot access the common areas. The pool is small, but it is fine. The room was spectacular and I must also say that the workers, especially the Argentines, were very attentive to everything.

After assigning us a dirty room, they immediately moved us to another of a higher category. However, little attention was paid to cleaning and changing towels

The Hotel was fine, the only drawback was that we arrived and the room was not made up. We said it in and they came right away to do it. 

Very good location of the Hotel, breakfast would be improved a little to have more variety.
