Great personnel and breathtaking view, ideally located in front of the Santa Monica pier

Check out is at 11 please Receptionist check in excellent treated thank you. Location hotel amazing lovely ! Quiet room. 5 Internet was a problem because we have to work. Terrible. But general very good

The room was big but located in the back of the building with direct access from the street. Felt a little unsafe. The hotel also charged me twice. The first card was declined but for some unexplained reason partial payment was still taken. Sorted it out in the end but it took a couple of hours explaining to my bank and the hotel manager to get it corrected.

Excellent service,rooms pretty clean

Hotel room was very clean. Not too noisy. Location was perfect, right in front of Santa Monica Pier/Beach. Plentiful of highly rated restaurants and eateries just outside the hotel along the same street so that was perfect when you got back from a long day out. There’s also shopping and Target a short 6-15 minute walk away, very convenient and perfectly located. Definitely get the room with sea view if you’d like to have the ocean view. The other wing faces inside of the hotel which is not much of a view. Other than that, would stay here again for the affordability for its location and cleanliness.

Good location, rooms are nice and quite big, even if the ocean view rooms have a very small balcony. Staff quite unprofessional and fake…hospitality is something you born with! I asked how much would be in case I wanted to extend one more night and the lady at the reception gave me a good price, but when I went back to pay (after 10 minutes) the price magically increased double!!!! Very disappointing and dishonest!

The hotel is in a good location, 500 meters walk from Santa Monica Pier. The room is super small, the price is very expensive, and there is no sea view outside the window, and the humming noise of the air conditioner is outside the window

The location was great near Santa Monica Pier! As for amenities, I sometimes didn't receive what I was given on the first day.

The hotel is just opposite the pier. The location and service are very good, especially the rooms with terraces are recommended. The parking fee is discounted, and the surrounding elephant restaurants are especially recommended. It is rare to open from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. The restaurant's view and products are first-class

I ordered a deluxe sea view room, but I was given a prison room. I drove for two hours and waited for 5 hours. It was said that the platform docking room type was wrongly set. The hotel has no restaurant, no supporting facilities, no sea view, and the balcony is full of harmful gases to watch people park.

The hotel was reasonably priced and clean compared to other hotels in a similar location. The front desk staff and all the other staff I encountered were friendly. However, the hotel charges an additional fee of $25 upon check-in. We request an additional payment in the name of a hotel destination fee. This was not announced in advance at all on the booking page and during the booking process. I think this needs to be notified in advance.

The location is great. The Santa Monica Sea is right in front, so it feels somewhat comfortable. However, since it is a 3-star hotel, the facilities are somewhat unsatisfactory. The floor didn't drain properly during the shower, or other than the ocean view, the inner courtyard view of the room wasn't very nice, etc. However, I think I could forget about these inconveniences because the hotel's location is so good.
