酒店辦理入住，前台工作人員特別熱情，手續辦得又快又好，還耐心介紹酒店的各種情況。路過酒店大堂，瞬間被那極具現代感的藝術裝置吸引住了。金屬材質的雕塑線條流暢，造型獨特，與大堂的裝修風格相得益彰，瞬間提升了整個酒店的格調，看得出來酒店在這方面花了不少心思。

酒店前台服務很冷漠，不會變通，死板，頭天晚上定的房間説怕沒有房間加錢升級了房型，第二天到店還是説沒有房型，又讓加了錢，純屬坑貨，加了錢升級得房型還很垃圾，斷電直接被熱醒， 根本沒法睡，一大早就斷幾次，房卡還不給房間號，換房間也不知道換到哪，沒有一點責任
