Every service staff member remembered the guest's last name, the hidden alley food recommended by the concierge was more amazing than the Internet celebrity store, and the little animals folded by the housekeeper in the towel made the children happy all day. Those unexpected details - the umbrellas suddenly handed over on rainy days, the health tea in the thermos when I left the hotel, and even the honey water specially prepared after finding that I had a cold, all made people feel so moved that they wanted to write a thank-you letter! Cleaning needs to be improved. There is dust on the table and bedside in the room. The front desk service is very good.
