The amenitiies are not provided to all 4 nights of our stay.  Staff are quiet without say hello and smile with guests ☹️ so no communication and helping. They are not speak english. Location is fine although the nearest metro is 650m away from hotel, a bit far

I was traveling with my children, and the hotel provided us with a very quiet room at the back. It was very quiet, with no noise at night, which is very considerate for those who value a good night's sleep. The breakfast was also very rich, and I especially loved the noodles. Today, since the Shanghai World Trade Center is right next door, we didn't have time to check out at 12:00 PM, so the hotel arranged a late check-out. Thank you so much! The room was also very clean and tidy, with comfortable toiletries and a great environment. The facilities and amenities were very complete and very useful! Highly recommended!
