I am very happy with my first stay in Crowne Plaza Hotel. The Premier Twin room was very new and clean. Location was good as Nanjing Road pedestrian mall was behind and a few minutes walk to People Square metro station. Good breakfast buffet spread with chinese and western selection. There is a chinese restaurant adjoining the hotel called Sunya and it serves good dim sum and chinese food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your esteemed hotel, and I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience. The facilities were top-notch, and every aspect of my stay was truly enjoyable. However, what made my stay particularly memorable was the exceptional service provided by your front desk staff member, Yuki. Yuki's warm welcome, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference in my overall experience. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor ensured that I felt valued and well-cared for throughout my stay. This is the third times I came to Shanghai. So far this is the Best Hotel and Location.

I was surprised with the services and attitude of the people. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Smiling faces all the day and I felt so warm~ MOST IMPORTANT , the LOCATION is so so so NICE！ 南京步行街 is just 3 minutes walk away. all the famous shopping mall and stores like M&M, KINISO, POP MART are all not more than 15 minutes walk away. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION is around 5 minutes away as well.

Hotel is nearby the Metro, walkable to the Bund, Zhuang Xilong Crab roe noodle. Smack at the corner of Nanjing East road, making shopping so easy. Right opposite the hotel is the famous shengdacheng restaurant that is famous for the local cakes. Hotel staff is very nice and room is clean.

I am writing this letter to express my deepest appreciation and to award your exceptional team the highest rating for their outstanding service and professionalism. My recent stay at your esteemed hotel once again exceeded my expectations, and I felt welcomed, valued, and truly at home. From the moment I arrived, the Guest Services Department team impressed me with their warm smiles, attentiveness, and dedication to ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for every guest. I would like to especially commend Mr. Jiang Pei Liang, Ms. Ma Simin, and Mr. Zhang Yuanyuan for their exceptional professionalism and meticulous care. Their attention to detail and ability to anticipate my needs ensured I fully utilized and enjoyed all the facilities your hotel has to offer, making my stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. Additionally, the team assisting with my luggage demonstrated unmatched proactivity, courtesy, and efficiency. I must extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Wang Ji and Mr. Zeng Zheng Hao, whose exemplary service truly stood out. They not only ensured my belongings were handled with great care but also addressed all my queries thoughtfully and thoroughly. Their outstanding performance made me feel the genuine warmth and care that define your hotel’s exceptional hospitality. The collective efforts of your team reflect an extraordinary commitment to delivering top-tier service. Their professionalism, sincerity, and smiles have left a lasting impression on me, and I can confidently say this is the best service I have ever experienced. One of my favorite hotels in Shanghai is Pullman Shanghai Jingan. I visited Shanghai three times in 2024 and stayed in various hotels, including both local accommodations and international hotel chains. I would say that Pullman Shanghai Jingan is ideally located for travelers who commute by train and want to stay in the heart of the city while avoiding the crowds of Nanjing Road. The breakfast was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. This is a 5-star hotel, and it truly lives up to its rating. As for the amenities, you need to request them at the front desk. Once requested, they are promptly provided. I would definitely return to this hotel if I visit China again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. In fact I almost every month and for several days or weeks. I have chosen to stay at this hotel due to its well positioned location. This is however the first time that I’m writing a review about this hotel. The reason is because the majority of my stays haven’t been as positive as this one due to shortcomings in the service. I will not go into details about that at this time and I want to mention my positive experience during this stay. When I arrived the doorman greeted politely and helped me with my luggage which was much appreciated. When I arrived for check in, I just waisted for a couple of minutes which is rather short and unusual for this hotel. The receptionist, named Red greeted me with a friendly smile and apologized for the waiting time. By doing that, he already gave me a positive impression. He helped me check in very quickly and as he realized that I stayed for many times and that I like to book the premium room as I prefer a bit larger room than the standard rooms, he gave me a room upgrade. As he also saw that I stay so frequently and never had any outstanding payments for mini bar etc. he did not ask me to pay any deposit. His recognition and courtesy made me feel happy and feel how the service of a five star hotel should in fact be. He also handed me two cocktail vouchers for the top floor bar and explained with enthusiasm that I can go to enjoy a drink there. Finally he wished me to have a good stay and I went to my room. The room he arranged was more beautiful than the one I originally booked. Nearly same size but looked much more pleasant which I like very much. He made this arrival much appreciated and I certainly hope that there will be more people like Red working at this hotel. Then I can easily say that I choose this hotel not only for the location but also for the service.
