Out of the three hotels we stayed at on this trip, this one was our absolute favorite. The cleanliness and overall environment were excellent. The room was very spacious, the air conditioning was quiet, and the smart controls were incredibly convenient. The lady at the front desk was also incredibly friendly and helpful. When we ordered food and the vendor didn't provide chopsticks, she went out of her way to find us a pair. We were truly grateful for her help. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance. P.S. The coffee in the room was excellent.

We booked the surprise bunk bed twin room, and both kids absolutely loved it! Kids' Play Area: Right at the entrance, it's bigger than I expected. The penguin area is right next door, and there's a tunnel from the play area that goes through the penguin enclosure. Penguin Breakfast: The penguins are much more active in the morning, so it was perfect timing to watch them during breakfast. However, I'd suggest cleaning the glass in the penguin area a bit more thoroughly. Dining: Since the hotel is a bit out of the way, and it was off-season, there weren't many people. They didn't offer meal service during regular dining hours, so we had to order takeout. Room: We booked the surprise bunk bed twin room, which is very kid-friendly and well-equipped with amenities for children. It was very comfortable for two adults and two kids. After asking, they proactively offered to give our child another penguin plushie, which was a nice touch. Overall, I think this hotel is much better suited for families with kids than the neighboring Wansin.
