Superb hotel at a quiet yet accessible location. Staff were really friendly, room was very comfortable, usage of space was well thought out of and no smell of smoke at all. Breakfast spread was scrumptious, and they even had free yummy porridge with side dishes for all hotel guests in the evening, which was a very thoughtful gesture! We also really loved the free laundry service which was so convenient and easy to use. Hotel was smart throughout - TV had info about whether the laundry and dryer machines were occupied, and we could order delivery and the robot helper delivered it to our room. Shoutout to Changpu 菖蒲 aunty who packed breakfast for us 💕 I’ll definitely book my stay with this hotel again when I’m back in Shanghai! Only gripe was that during the weekend, the porridge dishes were very quickly finished by other guests and not promptly refilled, but since it’s free it wasn’t that big of a deal, just left us a tiny bit disappointed since it was so yummy! 🥹

I like this hotel very much. It is only about 2 kilometers away from Shanghai South Railway Station. It is very new, the rooms are large and comfortable, the waiters and cleaning ladies are very polite, and the hotel breakfast is very rich, and the cost performance is very high!
