Amazing hotel for families. Travelled to Shanghai with my aged parents and we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Clean, courteous and well-equipped with amenities such as laundry, washer and breakfast buffet. The staff were all very friendly. The location was quite convenient too - located near multiple shopping malls with good eats and shops. Otherwise, the hotel has a delivery robot service that can send the delivered food right to your doorstep.
