The bad: room is small, we got room with no view, just bricks, alleyway has smoking smell, security operational is unsafe, staff download hotel app on their phone and ask for otp from guest for room or breakfast discount. no bidet for female. breakfast menu is limited with average taste. cutleries kind of dirty. The good: location is great, near to nanyang pedestrian street, there is laundry room, lot of free water and tissue.

The room was much older than expected and looked very worn. For the amount we paid I expected the room to at least be more presentable. It did not look like the hotel photos anymore. There was also no conditioner provided, nor body lotion, just shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Toothbrushes can be picked up from the reception. Plug points require a lot of strength to insert, and plugs need to be inserted at an angle. Had to get help to put in our plugs. That being said, our 2nd floor service ladies were prompt and helpful. The room was also as big as you see in the photos. Bed was comfortable, check in was efficient, breakfast noodles were great. Added on for additional breakfast for 2 nights and extended the room to 2pm check out for 99Y. We were on the 2nd floor close to the lift and there was noise until around 10+pm but other than that it was bearable. The breakfast was also on the 2nd floor. Location was also great. 5-7min walk straight to the Bund. On this street you can easily see the oriental Pearl tower once you exit the hotel. Nanjing East (Huawei showroom & Daimaru) is right behind the hotel. Manner Coffee and Chagee are both 1 street away (in opposite directions). DIDI can easily pick/drop u off in front of the hotel. It was the weekend and we did not experience any road closures. The hotel is also next door to a branch of a famous crab restaurant chenglonghangxie. Lailaixiaolong, animate, shendacheng are all within walking distance. While we were there, there were 2 separate filmings happening over 2 days. Easy enough to get to Pudong as well. Overall enjoyed our stay, but wish the room was not so worn out.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help. It’s located in a convenient area, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Everything felt safe and family-friendly. Highly recommend it for anyone traveling with kids!

Great location and comfortable stay. We stayed in a room without windows and I was impressed, the room had a window onto a corridor that stayed artificially illuminated 24/7 and it didn’t feel at all claustrophobic. I’ll definitely be booking rooms without windows in the future.

It's a nice little hotel ideal for business travel. My meeting are nearby so it was a great location for me. Will stay here again

The room is clean and tidy, and the location is convenient for travel. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very special. The service at the front desk was very good. My wife and i always enjoy staying at Ji Hotel because the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to 小季 for the quick check-in at 2 AM. The hotel chain maintains a consistently high standard across all their locations. Highly recommended!

Location is very good, staff is very kind and trying to help. Due to its location, prices are high but rooms are not very good. Our 1st room had food smell coming from kitchen, we had to change it. Be careful while reading the room details, majority of the room doesn't have windows to outside, I didn't realize this while choosing the room. Only problem for the breakfast was in my noodle dish, there was dish washing metal sponge piece; I am lucky that I felt it in my mouth before swallowing it. Especially for kids this would be serious issue, they need to take care cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen. It will not be fair to expect 5 star hotel quality for this price, but this doesn't fit with Ji hotel quality/service.

酒店是新開業的，出來這邊玩首選這邊，果然沒有失望，住宿環境很好，早餐也很豐富，附近交通也很方便，前台小姐姐服務也很好，離點還送了水，還額外送了我一個全季小香氛，非常推薦入住。

The room was very clean and quiet. The most commendable thing is that there was no flickering light from any electrical appliances in the room, so it was very comfortable to sleep. Service: The store manager was kind and considerate. He took the initiative to give us two bottles of warm mineral water even though the weather was cold, and helped arrange a drop-off at the station the next morning.
