The room is clean and tidy, and the location is convenient for travel. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very special. The service at the front desk was very good. Not only was there a warm greeting when entering and leaving, but a complimentary breakfast was also provided. The room facilities are well maintained and clean. The self-service laundry room is very convenient. The enthusiastic front desk lady provided thoughtful and meticulous service. I would like to express my gratitude. Great location and comfortable stay. We stayed in a room without windows and I was impressed, the room had a window onto a corridor that stayed artificially illuminated 24/7 and it didn’t feel at all claustrophobic. I’ll definitely be booking rooms without windows in the future.

Overall, our stay was close to perfect. The hotel is near The Bund and Nanjing East Road. We stayed here for 5 nights. The only thing that disappointed us was the air-conditioning ventilation. Our room was on the 6th floor, and my daughter is allergic to cigarette smoke. On the first night, the whole room smelled like cigarette coming from the aircon vents. It was already late and we were very tired from walking all day, so we didn’t ask to change rooms. Instead, we turned off the aircon and opened the window. The next day, the lady at the reception, who was really helpful and kind, immediately changed our room after we shared our concern.

Everything is good. Only a small problem during the check-in process, I booked a double bed but a lady staff member kept telling me that my room is a small bed which is not suit 2 people and asked me to upgrade to a large bed. Finally, after checking my booking confirmation, my bed is a queen-size double bed, which is ok for me. However, the staff still said it is a small bed. so I told her I am ok with that. This took quite sometime to finish checkin. I would like recommend the staff to call proper type of beds!

Good location, efficient staff, clean and simple. Mall and cafes nearby and generally a quiet location. There is construction work taking place currently but we were warned about this when we checked in on the day of our stay. The room had a small double bed, quite a strange layout. The bathroom was on the other end and not the best use of space, compared to the other rooms we have stayed in this hotel when we have stayed previously. A narrow space leading to bathroom area, the area for coat and shoes next to sink. This was a corner room and was still quiet, which was the main thing, so it was was fine but there doesn’t seem to be any difference in paying extra for the most basic room and this “superior” room.

The room is very hygienic, the sound insulation effect is also good, and the facilities are very complete. It is suitable for couples traveling, business people, business trips, family travel, etc. The hotel front desk is also good, and the check-in speed is fast. It is not bad for any hotel under the Huazhu Club

I stayed in this hotel for 1 week when traveling to Shanghai. I really appreciate their hospitality and service. The guy in the reception was very kind and helpful. He helped me booking tickets ordering online. This hotel also provides free washing machine service. Breakfast was also good and had plenty of chinese food. I highly recommend to choose this hotel when going to shanghai.

Wonderful stay, hotel staff are friendly, lobby is large, bright and luxurious, breakfast is delicious, all aspects you can think of are beyond your expectations, I will choose to stay here again next time

The hotel is clean and staff is very helpful. Would like to compliment reception Xin Zhang. She is so friendly even help me to set up my wifi with her number. Definitely places to stay if you are visiting exhibitions centre as it is just conveniently walking distance.
