Shanghai Minhang District Hotels

Booked a night here after a long flight, to have a good night of sleep. Easy to reach from Hongqiao train station and airport by taxi. The service is very good, the room was already ready when I arrived at 11am and I could check-in early. The room was spacious for one person and one luggage. Both the bathroom and room were very clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a very good night of sleep. The breakfast is quite good, more Chinese options than international options. I would stay here again.

Really nice, clean and modern hotel close to the railway station. There’s a very nice pedestrian food street 5 minutes walk from the hotel. You get a really good value for money. Walking to the station is possible but not recommended with luggage. Loved the lobby set up as co-working space and the room was super bright. Rooms are different so if you happen to have a room you don’t like, chances are, they can change it for you! (I did that: my original room was not very nice and as the ayi was cleaning other rooms. I took a self tour and choose my room which I absolutely loved) The shower was soo good and the bed too! Would definitely recommend

Facilities: The room is well-equipped with a fridge and a safe. The fridge was functional with excellent cooling, a crucial feature for summer guests. The room's power card system allows the air conditioning to remain on even when you're out. Disposable earplugs were provided, a thoughtful touch considering its location near Hongqiao Airport where aircraft noise is inevitable. However, I didn't find the noise to be an issue inside the room. The TV remote control could benefit from a proper, snug-fitting protective cover instead of the ill-fitting plastic bag. Cleanliness: The room was generally clean and tidy, though naturally, there were some signs of use. Environment: Parking was convenient. The elevators have clear light indicators upon arrival, a helpful feature to prevent missing your lift. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast, while not extensive, offered a decent selection including congee, coffee, bread, salad, fried eggs, sausages, steamed buns, and a small live cooking station. Overall: I'd highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. At this price point, especially with breakfast for two included, there's really nothing to complain about. Service: Upon check-in, I received a complimentary drink, and a polite young man kindly helped carry my luggage to the room.

The hotel is located very conveniently about 3.5 KM away from the Hong qiao train station and hong qiao airport common entrance! And they have free shuttle to and from the airport gate which needs to be arranged before arrival and for checkout should be arranged on the night before going to the airport. Staff are young kind and happy to help bas long as you are speaking clearly in English to them and make meaningful conversations, they are very well trained and act professionaly! I arrived in late morning and it was the time of checkout for many of customer was really tired as I had not slept good night before ( was on the way)! But the staff despite being busy with checkouts and shuttle drivers kindly served me quickly and sorted a quiet room for me to rest ! Breakfast here is simple, essentials and enough in my view and it's definitely worth it to book the room with breakfast! And on the other hand it's really close to a massive mall and shopping centre surrounding two walking streets about 3 KM away. I went to the mall and had a very good Shanghai specialty food there and cycled back in the night and walked back!

This hotel is incredibly close to Shanghai's Koreatown, just a 10-minute walk away, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. The rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. What really stands out is the incredible value for money. The prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent and budget-friendly option in the area. The front desk staff were also warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions. If you're planning to explore Koreatown's food scene, this hotel is definitely the right choice. Highly recommended!

The stuff (two girls) were very friendly and king to us. We only stayed for 1 night but it was really comfortable! They had a washing machine and dryer, they worked perfectly - the stuff even helped us a bit to ”make it work”. The location is not bad, just a bit far from the city which is kind of refreshing. There was a small place of food and stuff to buy but you have to walk for like a 20 minutes. We really enjoyed the hotel and needed that rest!

Great staff However, the hotel lacks facility maintenance or regular inspection The shower knob in my room was extremely hard to turn I managed to turn it on but it was stuck on very high temperature - really put me in a harm’s way. I had to pound the knob to the off position using the shower handle because I was burning up and my upper body strength is no match to your malfunctioning shower equipment. Upon reporting to the floor housekeeper, a wonderful lady BTW, a maintenance guy showed up and replaced the entire faucet unit.

Hotel provides very good service, even when English is limited. Parking in the evening a little chaotic as parking is also used for mall. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Price /quality ratio is very good

Bedroom: Very clean and minimal/modern interior design. The room and bathroom is complete with all the necessary items. Comfortable stay. Check-in/out: Reached quite late at 11pm ish to check in, very seamless process handled by front desk. I also checked out early at 7am and had requested to have a takeaway breakfast, the package was quite nice and filling! Location: Close to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport / Train Station (＜10 minutes drive) but not a walkable distance.

The room was clean and stylish, and every aspect, from the physical amenities to the overall service, was thoughtfully considered. In the summer, it's a short and convenient walk from the high-speed rail station directly to the hotel via an underground passage. This saved me the trouble of taking a taxi in the scorching summer heat or having to search for the hotel's address. Their service was excellent, always putting the customer first. It's evident that management has put a lot of effort into staff training and development. I left an item behind, and they promptly contacted me and quickly mailed it back. The breakfast was a generous buffet, well-suited to the needs of business travelers. I would gladly stay here again if the opportunity arises.
