Shanghai Minhang District Hotels

The room was great, spacious and bright, clean and odorless. The customer service upgraded my room for free and I stayed there for a few days. Shanghai has been cold and wet these days. I found a hotel nearby when I arrived in Shanghai. The air conditioning was not hot enough and I couldn't check out. After searching for half an hour, I decided on Vienna. Although it is a little far from where I work, I have stayed there many times before and it is very comfortable. The customer service front desk service is five-star. Bottled water and paper towels are of good quality. The shower head is good with a large water flow. The central air conditioning can be adjusted to 28 degrees, which is very warm. The breakfast variety is also good, with several stir-fried dishes, porridge, eggs, milk, soy milk, fried rice, rice noodles, sweet potatoes, corn bread, etc. are delicious, but the fried dough sticks are a bit average.

My second time staying at this hotel. Again I had a very pleasant stay. Location is very convenient close to Hongqiao Railway Station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel itself is nice with friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable.

Booking is convenient, breakfast is rich, there is a fitness room, there is a small robot to deliver things, check-in is very comfortable, the waiter is very enthusiastic, the bedding is very clean, the waiter greets you when you meet him, there is no odor in the room, the air conditioning is very comfortable, the TV is large and new, there is a self-service laundry on the second floor, the room is also very good, there is porridge after 9:30 in the evening, it is also very convenient to issue invoices, and there are small gifts when you leave the store, which is good. I will stay at their house next time.

Our honeymoon trip in China got off to a rocky start in Nanjing, but everything turned around the moment we arrived in Shanghai and checked into this hotel. From the smooth and fast check-in process handled by Nana, who was polite and welcoming, to the exceptional service provided throughout our stay, the experience was truly picture-perfect. Echo, Gloria, and Sally were incredibly helpful, assisting us with questions about Taobao deliveries, local attractions, and requests for extra amenities like toiletries, towels, and water. On our second night, Annie and Manager Jocelyn warmly greeted us, congratulated us on our wedding and honeymoon, and made us feel genuinely valued with their thoughtful gestures. It was a pleasant surprise that the entire team seemed aware of our special occasion and consistently wished us happiness throughout our stay. When it was time to check out, Jocelyn and Fenty assisted us with our luggage, transportation inquiries to the railway station for the next leg of our trip, and even went the extra mile to help ship our remaining Taobao parcels to our final destination. Our only minor concern is the distance to the nearest station, which is about a 16-minute walk; a shuttle service would make this hotel a perfect 10/10. Nevertheless, with the outstanding hospitality we received, this hotel is a solid 9.9/10, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team for making our honeymoon stay so memorable. Great hotel in the Hongqiao area. Many restaurants and shops nearby including MixC. Shanghai Korea Town is just across the street. Great BBQ there. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and huge (got a free upgrade).

It is very fast to take a taxi for one or two kilometers, which is convenient and fast. Didi landed, and the Ali Center is next to it. The external environment of the hotel is impressive. As soon as you enter the electric door, you will be greeted by a gentle and attentive front desk receptionist. I was originally chilled by the colder local wind, but the enthusiasm of the front desk brother and sister made me feel warm. They always lend a helping hand when you need help; they always answer patiently when you frown. The lobby is large and can seat many people. It is clean and tidy, and the heating is safe. The Chinese style and smart technology are perfectly integrated. The comfortable warm light ”covers” the entire area. The sofas in the rest area are soft and comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling glass can enjoy the different fireworks around. The tea room, wooden sliding door, and tea room exude a unique and charming wood fragrance, which is matched with the hotel's unique ”Pu Tea” to play one symphony after another. There are cute machine receptionists ready to go, and there is also Xiaodu who is on call and listens slowly. Check-in is fast, the hotel elevator is equipped with card entry to protect our safety, and the corridor is bright and designed. Entering the hotel room, it is Xiaodu who greets us. The whole house is equipped with smart home, and the sound control is irresistible-every part of the room can be controlled by voice, such as the toilet exhaust fan, window curtains, and the lights of the whole house, which saves a lot of time. The toilet is clean, and the toiletries are fully equipped. There are several large mirrors for easy grooming. The washbasin is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is also spacious. The guest room is very design-oriented, the new Chinese style is eye-catching, the bed is large and comfortable, and it feels like home. It is authentic to sleep. You can store your luggage after checking out. We are always welcome to rest in the lobby. Drinking water is often provided in case we are thirsty. The above is my true feeling. My friend and I are not very old and came out to play. We were taken care of by the service staff. I was particularly moved during the Chinese New Year. Oh, I really like it so much and want to commemorate it well!

Awesome! The hotel breakfast starts the day with vitality! When I was on a business trip, choosing a hotel was like opening a blind box. This time I stayed at the Regent Hotel, which gave me a surprise of 100 points👍🏻 Stepping into the restaurant in the morning, I was dazzled by the rich dishes. The Chinese steamer was steaming, the shrimp dumplings were chewy and juicy, and the steamed buns were soft, glutinous and salty; there were a variety of Western breads, the croissants were crispy to the point of falling apart, and the baguettes were rich in wheat and paired with butter. There were also freshly made fried eggs and bacon, which were sizzling and super tempting. Fresh fruits were colorful, and the sweet juice instantly awakened the taste buds. Yogurt, hot porridge, and various side dishes were also available, taking care of the preferences of every guest. Having breakfast here, I felt so happy that I was full of energy all day long. I will come again next time!
