Shanghai Minhang District Hotels

The room was nice, the front desk staff was warm and polite, the hotel is very close to Caohejing Impression City, and it is very convenient to reach on foot. The subway entrance is at the intersection near the hotel, and there are many places to eat. It was a good stay. The employee Xiao Li was very good.

A few things to say. This was my second stay this hotel, and this time I am glad I haven’t had my family with me. 1. COLD ROOM The room was so cold, even though I tried to adjust the temperature with the A/C it felt like the big glass closed window isn’t properly sealed and cold air from outside was entering the room. 2. LANGUAGE PROBLEMS. I know I am china, but if you work in hotel, special hotel chains and have a regular number of international guests, you should be able to speak a certain english level. I had issue during my check in, and questions that they couldn’t answer me, and also gave me wrong information. 3. BREAKFAST, ok, but could be better!

It was my first time staying in a hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. When I checked in, the front desk upgraded our room type and gave us two breakfast coupons. They also told us that the hotel has a laundry service, which is free and available 24 hours a day. It is so convenient. As soon as I entered the room, I felt very comfortable because the room looked very spacious. The price is very cost-effective in Shanghai. The room was also very clean. The TV was very big and I could see it clearly. The bathroom mirror can be lit, which I like very much. The windows are floor-to-ceiling windows, so I can see the scenery outside. With the sofa in the room, drinking a cup of hot tea from the hotel is really relaxing!

I stayed at Shanghai Xinzhuang Zhuanqiao Wanda Atour X Hotel again, and the experience was as good as always! When I stepped into the hotel, the familiar and friendly atmosphere came over me. The front desk staff still remembered me and helped me check in warmly and considerately, which instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. The room was still clean and tidy, and the bedding was as comfortable as at home. I slept a super good sleep. The location of the hotel is really convenient. It is right next to Wanda, and shopping, eating, and watching movies are easy to do. The surrounding transportation is well connected, whether it is to go to the city for fun or business travel. This time I also experienced the hotel’s newly launched breakfast dishes, which tasted great and the rich choices made people’s appetite increase. The gym equipment is well maintained and it’s super fun to exercise. The second stay, there is no gap, but it feels more warm, just like returning to another home of mine. Next time I come here, it will definitely be the first choice!

One of the best hotel in Shanghai. Very comfortable and especially the bed is amazing. Breakfast and welcoming fruit is also great. Highly recommended.

Third stay here. Usually nice and clean room very close to Honqiao Railway Station. Malls with many shops and restaurants are nearby. However, this time, room 2017 in particular, had some strange loud noise occasionally, seemingly coming from above outside. This woke me up three times during a single night. Aside from that it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is new and super clean 👍🏻 highly recommend this hotel as worth the price and value. The staffs are well trained and provide 5 stars hotel service to us. They are very friendly and even share ideas about our travel routes and assist us when needed. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and come back again :)

Room and equipment’s brand new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms could use more soundproofing but overall pleasant stay!

The room is relatively small. The main feature is a smart control. The hotel is relatively new. The distance displayed on the platform is seriously inconsistent. I took a Didi from Hongqiao Station to the hotel. The fare was 37.9 yuan. The distance displayed was 1.5 kilometers. The Didi I took to Hongqiao Railway Station this morning was also 28. The round trip Didi fare to stay in the hotel was 66. I really don’t know how the 1.5 kilometers was determined. Maybe it’s the straight-line distance in the air...
