The front desk service was very enthusiastic, and the staff even upgraded our room for free. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!

This is an affordable and quite convenient option for solo travellers or those staying short-term. The room is clean, it’s spacious and generally quiet (at least from outside traffic). The location is pretty central. The water pressure on the shower is excellent, but be careful with the hot water as it can become scalding hot very quickly. The shower can also overflow to the outside so make sure to aim away from the shower door. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the subway station and as there is currently construction on the way to the station, this path is not the most convenient. If you are near the elevator it can get quite noisy with guests coming and going, as well as children. Another problem was the shortage of bath towels. We only had one large bath towel and had to go down and request this twice. However all the staff and cleaners are friendly and efficient.

Exceeded my expectations for comfort, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. The room was very clean, and the bedding was skin-friendly and breathable, so I woke up feeling refreshed after a night's sleep. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was neatly done and comfortable to use. The front desk staff provided very thoughtful service; check-in was quick. When I needed an extra pillow, a quick call had it delivered to my room in no time. The breakfast selection wasn't huge but sufficient, with fresh congee and side dishes that tasted homemade and reliable. Overall, it's great value for money, highly recommended for those who prioritize practicality and comfort!

Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive. Hygiene: Both the lobby and the rooms are very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Service: The ladies' service was also excellent. I stayed here last minute because I had to catch a flight, and the experience and value for money were both superb. Highly recommended!

The service was great, and the environment was lovely. Housekeeping kept the room spotless, and the facilities were excellent. The location is incredibly convenient, with a shopping mall directly opposite for dining and shopping. It's also very close to the subway, with Weining Road Station (Exit 4) just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. Fantastic! 👍 I'll definitely be back!

2 water bottles every day, they don't besitate to give more Free washing and drying machines, plus they gave me some laundry cleaner as well Hallway smells a bit funny but room was clean. Location perfect for my needs

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room service is prompt and attentive. The environment is elegant, comfortable, and quiet. Overall, it was a good stay, highly recommended! 👍

Service: The service is very good, and the front desk can also help to cool the small cakes. Hygiene: The hygiene is also good, and some small corners can be wiped more carefully. Facilities: The voice assistant is super sensitive, with a 0-second response delay. I feel that the technology can be opened to voice assistants on the market hahahaha

My friend and I traveled with our child and opted for HEYI Hotels·Select (Shanghai Hongqiao Gubei Road Yili Road Metro Station Branch). Our stay this time was absolutely perfect! Upon check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient. When they learned we were traveling with a child, they proactively offered us a complimentary room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious and felt very welcoming. On top of that, they thoughtfully included breakfast. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and our child thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was impeccably clean, and the facilities were well-appointed. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring our child had a wonderfully sound sleep at night. The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw from the metro station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is bustling with malls and restaurants, so finding places to shop and eat was never an issue. We were truly delighted with this stay. This will definitely be our go-to hotel for future trips!

Requested for early check in (9am) and was able to provide a nice room. Lobby may not appear impressive but room was pleasant, big, clean and bright. Do not think the hotel has other leisure or recreational facilities. Location is very good, near to metro line 2 and 15. Many shopping centres, restaurants, food eateries and cafes, just next to the hotel. Ideal place for travellers that need basic accommodation.
