The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel room is clean .

the hotel stay is great. room was clean. shower head water pressure was strong. nice to bath. the drawbacks - the distance from the metro to the hotel ( approx ＞ 10 mins walk ) and the basement of the metro to the city level 1, need to go up up the stairs. difficult for someone like us - with luggage and 2 baby strolley. but overall still a great place to stay in.

We stayed in this hotel for more than twoweeks. The front desk manager 小丁 was always very king, hard working, and helpful. Everyone else was really nice too. The only complaint I have is that the room price fluctuate quite a lot from day to day and even within the same day which made booking my weeks long stay difficult and more costly. This is beyond the control of the staff of course. Would appreciate the booking system rewards longer stay.

Convenient transportation, very close to Xujiahui subway station, very convenient for travel, nearby Metro City and Hang Lung shopping mall are all available for shopping; stay for 5 consecutive days, economical and affordable, clean and tidy, breakfast is provided, basically meets travel requirements.

The hotel environment is clean and the front desk service is considerate.

It's a 10-minute walk from the subway station, but it's quite convenient to ride a bicycle. The whole hotel has two buildings, and most of the rooms are arranged in the building on the left of the courtyard. The elevator to the upper floor is in the building on the right. The two buildings feel like they are connected by a plank bridge, and the corridor is narrow and winding. The room is quite large, but there is no sound insulation at all. You can hear the clearing of the throat and spitting of the neighbors clearly, not to mention the sneezing and talking. The sound is very audible... It affects the quality of sleep. The whole building feels like a big box, and the room is like a temporary space made of a layer of board partitions. There was also a knocking sound in the morning when checking in. The hotel replied that the downstairs was smashing the wall, but the service attitude was good and it was slightly relieved after timely communication.

There were umbrellas to borrow on rainy days, which was very considerate. The breakfast was very rich. There were laundry facilities and simple fitness facilities. Robots delivered food. I highly recommend it👍
