Location is excellent, room are clean however tv is not working. There is no dryer for clothes. reception as neutral as I do not have any interaction with them. Common area looks deserted. no one take care of the common area.

Beside the location is at the heart of Nanjing road, there is no special reason to book this hotel. It is super convenient to get to the busiest street of Shanghai. For this price, you paying for the location and not for the comfort. Food selection nearby many choices to choose from.

Hidden gem in the buildings of Nanjing Road. It was hard to find at first but when you reached the lobby at the 7th floor, you will be surprised by the classic themed lobby. It was too nice for just a few hours stay during my 24 hour layover also the gaming seats and computers in my room which is surprisingly wide as well!

Super nice location, 5 min walking from line 2. The hotel was ok, te views not very good. When we first got into the room, the smell of tobacco was horrible. It disapeared once the AC was on. It was hard to find the entrance, same building as Zara.

Very good after I changed rooms on my last night. Before that it was mediocre with a strong cigarette smell. Room on last night was excellent.

Good hotel. The name changed !!! But great location in the middle of Nanjing Road.

Room smelled terrible because of massive smoking, although it was a non smoker room. When I asked to change the room I was told that all rooms smell like cigarettes smoke, since people smoke on their rooms. Staff refused to cancel early.

The location is located on the most lively Nanjing Pedestrian Street in Shanghai. Just walk downstairs and you will reach the Bund, a must-visit place in Shanghai. At first, the room I checked into was on the side, and the reception was not good. The hotel front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me change rooms the next day. I really like the new room, which has two large windows. In addition, many hotels charge extra for laundry, but this hotel directly adds a washing machine in the bathroom, and the mouse is also Logitech, so it is very smooth to play games without lag. Basically, there is nothing to complain about this location and this price. If you are visiting Shanghai, you can consider it.

Good accommodation, also has a computer for use. Very good location, right at the ZARA building, on Nanjing Road, the same place as GEM HOTEL. It's convenient to take the train from the accommodation. Really comfortable. Plus, you can come and clean the room as you wish. I recommend it, it's convenient. ☺️
