The hotel is in a prime location, just near the West gate (about 1 minute away) and 5-8 minutes walking from the bus station. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated (as seen from its photos). The facilities and equipment are new and modern. The room is clean. The staff is fantastic, invaluable, and supportive. In general, everything feels very cosy and ambient.

Rooms have a great design and clean however people smoke a lot in the country even in the rooms despite being non smoking ones. Make sure you book a room with window in order to refresh the area. Breakfast lounge is small but food is ok.

Overall it was better than expected, I will book here next time. I wanted to find a hotel near the Bund with my kids, I looked at many hotels and chose this one in North Bund. I thought the hotel would be old in this location, but when I went in, I found that it still had the taste of the Four Seasons. The staff at Xiangxiang Nuannuan were also very friendly and responsive. I gave them earplugs and eye masks because I was afraid of noise. The room was a little small, but I understand it is a prime location after all. It takes a few minutes to get to Zhapu Bridge and Waibaidu Bridge You can see the Lujiazui three-piece suite in minutes

This is my second time staying at the All Seasons Hotel. Everything about the hotel is very good. It is also very convenient to get to the North Bund. However, the smart hair dryer in the bathroom has poor contact. I went to the front desk to borrow a hair dryer and was told that all hair dryers have been loaned out. However, it was already early in the morning. Wet hair is overwhelmed 😥😥
