Elong ME Hotel (Shanghai Lujiazui Area) Reviews

This hotel is just ok. Location is next to the subway line so that’s convenient. The front desk people are not very kind and don’t seem to want to help you. The room is very small and the water has a dirty sewage smell. The bed was very comfortable and the AC in the room is amazing. I enjoyed the waterfall shower head feature. The maid was nice and brought new waters for us each day. We tried to do our laundry and couldn’t figure it out because the app wasn’t compatible with the model they had. We finally went down and asked the front desk for help. Turns out you have to ask them to start it for you. Overall, I would probably stay somewhere next next time.

Nice Hotel with good location near Subway. Professional staff.

The room size is vast. Location is okay since it locates not too far from Metro, 3-5 mins walk it is. The most satisfied thing is the smart toilet come up with the auto bidet give me a peaceful day at the hotel.

Good location, just 100 meters from exit 7B, Pudong Avenue station. Room is clean, quiet and spacious. Have an auto bidet.

Overall good, however the first room we stayed had smoke smell, we requested for a room change and their attitude was good (responded fast and allowed us to change to another available room). I like the screen projector more than the usual television.

Very close to metro station which a plus. Also a convenient place to many attractions.

The location is good but the room is quite dusty. And one elevator cannot tap the hotel keycard.

The room is in a great spot. The staff are friendly and helpful, and also thoughtful. The projector works well altho it would be nice to have access to more than just the free movies, or otherwise to provide a hdmi connection for the customers laptop. The room does have a little wear on the walls, there was a black hand mark that could be removed, and there was a mild smell of hotpot. Having lived in china before i dont mind but i would suggest that customers be restricted from ordering strong smeeling foods like hotpot, etc. To their room, as most tourists from outside of china might well find it uncomfortable. The sheets were good and clean, and there was little to no noise at night or in the mornings. These were small things tho, and if i come back i will definitely consider stopping here again. 8/10 value for money.

I. Was the only one at the check in counter and it took 40 mins, got to the room and the key didn’t work, got a new key and it was the wrong type of room we had ordered a 2 bed room the room had one queen bed, Second night got back at 11pm to find the room hadn’t been cleaned

Excellent location of the hotel. Literally 100 m to the metro station. The room is small but cozy. Equipped with the latest technology. Very clean. Next to the hotel is a good cafe with understandable tasty food.
