Booked a single room for my solo travel in Shanghai. The hotel is located very close to Lujiabang Rd Metro Station and to various shops and restaurants like Family Mart and KFC.
While I already know not to expect too much from my stay, there are some bad experiences I had while staying here. To begin with, I found the facilities to be quite lacking. My room was on the 3rd floor but there was no elevator, only stairways that appear to also lead to the private flats of the hotel’s neighbors as well. My bed and floor was never tidied up despite me leaving a sign asking to do so, although someone did always come into my room everyday to clean up the trash and change the towels. The hotel also does not provide mineral water so you have to buy it yourself.
Lastly, I found the staff (receptionist) to be rather rude. I had several luggages but she would not help me bring them up to my room when checking in, nor to bring it down when checking out. I had to bring them all via stairs 3 levels up.
If you’re only looking for a place to sleep that is strategically located, rather affordable for its location, but lacking in amenities, you’ll be fine here. Otherwise, unfortunately I can’t really recommend this hotel.

It was so dirty , and no elevator we had to climb 3 stairs , no toilet paper , towels were grayish , fungus everywhere and smell was terrible , try not to save money , go for 3 star more rated hotels , not recommended
