Just perfect! I like this hotel with the very nice environment and surrounded by many restaurants, supermarket and just next to the subway station. thanks to these boys and girls at the front desk for their extra tasks!

The hotel is just at the Mrt line pink. If there's a rain you'll not get wet cause the walking way to hotel is inside the covered area surrounding by the restaurants and a supermarket named Hippo where you can find fresh seafood (alive).However, the correct exit of the metro isn't #2, but it is #3. Please do correct it on your website. I WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND IT.

Stayed here a second time The location is very convenient Very near the metro station, restos and supermarket. They also allowed us to check out late. The bed is very comfy.

Mr zhang at the front desk with the glasses is extremely kind and helpful. He does an amazing job doing introductions to all the hotel facilities and gave us lots of water to drink. He was very welcoming and very helpful. He went a step further other to even help me doing the drying cloths job which isn’t supposed to be the scope of his work. Super kind and friendly and I am very thankful. The place is very central, close to many fancy restaurants and cafes, suchs Starbucks’s and Tims, the room is very spaciousus, sufficient lights from the windows and very comfort AC temperature. The bed is large and soft, ensured us to have very deep sleep. The TV programs are fun to watch. The amenities are very new, great sitting area in the lounge, comfy couches and very nice laundry facilitiesiloyies on the second floors floor. Breakfast is such a plus, they have a greatt number of different types of food, from sweet dumplings to tasty shanghai noodles, from watermelon to fresh veggie salad. Yogurts and Milk, I definitely would come back again and it’s my only go to placee in the area.

This hotel is quite clean and in a good location, near the subway station.  The breakfast buffet is good and the staff are extremely friendly.

Great location next to the metro station. Quiet and clean room. Wide variety of choices for breakfast. The staff are also polite and approachable. Will definitely come back again.

It was well-designed and clean, very close to subway station, there are shops nearby, but i wish there were more breakfast varieties and wish staff knew english a little bit, but overall it was good.

A bit far from tourism magnet. You have to take train/taxi about 30min at least but overall is good. Worth it.

Location is far from the Bund and Disneyland but got MRT next to hotel so easy to go anyway by MRT. Breakfast is good but same foods everyday. For this room rate in Shanghai worth staying there.

A very average hotel with much improvements needed on rooms management and buffet management. Long way to go to be at par with international standard. Service: a.i. will answer you in phone for any request but only limit to request for water. Beyond that, it will be transferred to real person.. for daily clean up of room,suggest inform the chambermaid daily to change pillow case and towels in front of you otherwise expect no change. Chambermaid can't speak English. Facilities: there is gym no pool. Food: breakfast buffet for vegetarian no meat. Eggs are precooked so no one to cook . Pancakes and noodle area is chaotic as the one who prepares burn the pancakes and not given on first come first serve basis. They have salad, fruits banana and watermelon,bread, coffee ,rice , sweetpotato, buns, porridge, juice, noodles. They replenish very slow. Attitude of staff very impolite in breakfast. Front desk still ok. Checkin and checkout is fast.
