Decent stay for the price. Plenty of shops nearby and a Family Mart downstairs for quick snacks. Stayed on the 17th floor—no direct elevator access, which was tricky with luggage. Staff were friendly but didn’t speak English, so bring a translation app. Thin walls mean lots of noise. Good value, but limited support for non-Chinese speakers.

The hotel is huge and all the staffs are very nice, they support and solve all my problems within miniutes. The room is quote spacious with good breakfast. However, the hotel should pay attention to the mat’s hygine which makes the room smell uncomfortable a bit. Overall, I will come back here for my next stay. Highly recommend

5 Stars! Our experience at Wassim R Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every part of our stay felt comfortable and relaxing. I especially want to highlight the incredible service we received from one of the staff members — a kind female staff member with glasses who truly went above and beyond for us. She was so attentive, helpful, and made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. Her genuine hospitality made a huge difference, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did. Wassim R Hotel exceeded all of our expectations, and thanks to the amazing staff, it felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back someday!

It was very dirty. There were stains on the carpet an all the couches in the room, lobby and breakfast area. Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room but there where burns on the carpet and couch. The breakfast was also bad. Not a lot of choice and the taste was bad aswell.

This room is very big for 3 of us, very spacious, 3 of us likes it very much. Strategic location to travel around, easy to call taxi. The shower and toilet seat is separated by a glass door, keep it dry. The bed is comfy, the view is fantastic, can view the 3 famous buildings of Shanghai. Here's many restaurants and convinient stores nearby. Have bicycle to rent on the road side. Good stay!

Was an awesome experience, this lady was supernice and helped us alot during our stay!

Nice place and staff, can wash clothes is plus point. I don't know how to get to Train using bus or walking(if you prefer train, need to ask the staff for help, we took Di Di to most places. Breakfast suits us, especially bean curd. There are many small eat shop/eatery surrounding and Pharma shop and a supermarket across the road. 250-300m there is a huge Shopping, forget the name.

The room is very big and clean. The location very convience Will recommend to friends again

Very far to Metro station around 1.3km. The toilet a lot bad smell.

conveniently situated, 10 minutes walk the subway. the furniture is a bit worn out, and the cleanliness is questionable.

Room is incredibly spacious and ventilation is great even without windows. Service is amazing, food is passable. Great experience all around, could use better lighting though.

The room was clean and the cleaning ladies were very nice to us. But if you guys clean the carpet more, it will be even more comfortable.
