Have always been staying at Riverdale Residence for all biz trip in Shanghai for the past 2 years. Good location, walkable to Xitiandi. Small mini-mart is also a 5 mins walk away. Big rooms with washer and dryer is a big plus. WiFi is slightly slow, hope they can improve it.

Smoking is very common everywhere in China. You can change rooms until you’re satisfied, and there are small windows for airflow.

Very good value for money. Very helpful and attentive staff. The location is good. A block away from the street with luxury stores (very nice for walking at night), and surrounded by restaurants within shopping centers. One of the few rooms with a balcony that can be accessed, even though the air conditioners on the balcony roast you with hot air if you step outside

Great Hotel, close to where the action is. Metro lines are nearby. People's square, Nanjing road, the Bund, Bars, Restaurants - everything is in relatively close proximity. The (room-) service was great and the hotel was super flexible especially with regards to my earlier than originally planned departure. Thank you very much.

About 15 mins walk to XTD. Room is spacious and clean. Best thing have washer and dryer in the room

Place was a bit smelly and outdated, public areas with strong smell of smoking, but rather than that rooms are spacious and amenities are on place

Very nice room with plenty of space. Great location and very nice staffs. Robot food delivery is so cool. I wish I can order food and got it delivered to the room by these robots but the app is only in Chinese! 🤨

We had a comfortable stay in this hotel. The room is equipped ith microwave, washer cum dryer which makes it convenient for us. Location is vlose to 2 metro stations which gives us the ease of travelling to various attractions. Staff are helpful and friendly. Wld highly recommend thisnhotel.

Great apartment hotel at a very central location - great value for money for my business travel.

Good location close to xintiandi , service apartment hotel , don't expect too much but it's comfortable and convenient , subway also not too far for two different lines

Value for money with convenient location. Building is a bit old but everything still works like it should. Concierge and FO were friendly and helpful.
