Great hotel, very clean, modern and new! The service was good, helped with my SIM issues even though it took a long time. Room service came everyday and did a great job. We got free bottles of water all the time, just had to ask. Would definitely recommend! Breakfast is also amazing!

Beautiful hotel in a good location. Quiet. Close to the university and in a neighbourhood with small shops. Sven's coffee is very good! Rooms in budget hotel style. Very cramped. Smells slightly of fish. Good blackout. Very comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable.

What a rude attitude from the front desk staff! I'm not paying to be humiliated, am I? First, this isn't my first time staying at a Huazhu Club. Second, every time I've been here, I've been offered a late check-out until 2:00 PM. The front desk clerk must be new today! They called at 12:00 PM and insisted it had to be 12:00 PM, not even 2:00 PM. They finally agreed to 1:00 PM. It's not my first time, so why are they pretending? Third, someone swiped my door card at 8:00 AM, then swiped it twice. Luckily, I had the anti-theft feature enabled... I didn't report it to the front desk because I felt the door was completely open, but it was still very uncomfortable and my privacy was compromised. They need some training for the front desk staff! (You can check the security camera if you don't believe me.) Fourth, the cleanliness wasn't very good. There were frizzy hairs on the sink (I have long hair). I don't like reviewing hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such a righteous front desk clerk. It's infuriating.

The room is clean and hygienic, especially their breakfast has many varieties, especially delicious, and there are many room types. However, I would like to make a suggestion that the Ctrip platform is cheaper than Huazhu Club, but you cannot earn points. I hope Huazhu Club will have more discounts during holidays
