The hotel's geographical location is very good, and the architectural decoration style is also my favorite. The younger brother at the reception desk is handsome and professional. Special thanks to the manager at the reception desk, Li, who taught me how to travel to the railway station.When I asked him other questions, he was very patient and told me， that a skinny porter also took the initiative to help me carry my luggage and would come back next time.

Clean and convenient. Great value! Also got upgraded to a higher floor for free, close to public transport, surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Clean, super good location, can walk to many famous streets in the old shanghai era. Eventhough it is one of the older brands of hotels in Shanghai, they have provided quailty services. We tried their set dinner starts from RMB48 and the food was very good given the price is so reasonable!!

Great stay in a room with view well decorated. The pool is nice but crowded and very chlorinated. Be aware that you will have to buy a swim cap if you don't bring yours, which you always travel with of course...!

Very solid hotel and amenities. Room was spacious and reasonably priced. Only “downside” is that the nearest metro stops are both about a 15 min. walk away. But if you don’t mind that, def recommend staying here. The surrounding area near the hotel is great for coffee shops and shopping, too, so that’s a plus.

Friendly and efficient staff at lobby, bed comfy, AC worked well, and shower was hot and incredibly powerful.

Very good hotel in central Shanghai with a great price/quality ratio. The hotel is quite old and would need a refurbishment but overall the location and the rates make it worthwhile.

It’s a an ok compromise money/quality. Hotel including breakfast are pretty basic and the breakfast room smell is very strong The smell of fried food in the breakfast room stays on you all day long. They should improve the suction system. Gym is very good

Fair hotel, easily accessible to many places and many train stations. The hotel has good breakfast and meals restaurants.

Location, prices and service are pretty good. However, the room smelled of stale cigarette and the carpet was stained and moldy near the shower. Hi suggest it is changed to wooden floor is some kind of tile in order to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.

Bedrooms were old-fashioned (there's the carpet), but overall a nice hotel

It was a great location. The hotel is old with old carpet and the beds are a little hard. Nice concierge. I’ll probably stay here again because of the location.
