Great location, steps away from the metro station exit. Close to Jing an temple and malls. Staff lady, Shirley Ma is very friendly and supportive, she always smile and try to accommodate your preferences.

A great place to stay in Shanghai. Pros: well located near Jingan Temple metro station & malls yet quiet; spacious room &omfortable bed; plus attentive & helpful staff esp. Lance Ge at Reception (who was patient & creative in helping to resolve an issue that we encountered). Cons: minor ... provide firmer pillows, perhaps. Stayed a total of 6 nights in the end, & will come back again when in Shanghai. Good job!

Amazing location. Absolutely perfect for a busy schedule in Shanghai. It’s literally across the street from the subway station with the subway that connects both airports and many other places in the city. The surroundings are superb! Apple Store across the street, beautiful thai restaurant by the lake and el Bodegon (best Argentinean restaurant in town) 5 minutes walk! The staff at the hotel can’t be nicer!! They are so helpful and attentive. If I didn’t get his name wrong; it was Mr. Marlon at reception that made a huge difference together with every single person who works at the hotel. The view and light from the room were great! A bit old school and some stains on the carpet, but overall super nice stay Perfect for touring Shanghai or commuting back and forth

Location, location, location! An old-world-style gem nestled in the centre of Jing’an, close to every conceivable shopping and entertainment need. The rooms are very luxurious with large bathrooms and generous floor space in the bedroom. More like a suite than just a bedroom! Breakfast is self-serve but has a good range of western and Chinese staples- fried eggs, bacon, noodles, prawn and vegetable dishes for example, as well as a range of breads and pastries and very smooth coffee! Staff are always welcoming and accommodating. Feels like a vacation just stepping inside the doors of reception again.

My experience in the hotel was superb. I was impressed by the service. Not only did I receive wonderful service from the front desk, but my family and I were greeted and welcomed every day by the helpful staff such as Ricky and Yoyo, to name but a few, in the restaurant. The hotel is located in the heart of the city. i could go anywhere easily. The room was big and clean. I highly recommend those who love to go to Shanghai to stay in this hotel.

This is my second time back at this hotel and the hotel team once again exceeds my expectation. They are very warming and welcoming and make me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel as the room is clean, location is good and all the hotel staff are friendly and very nice

Yoyo at the breakfast gave excellent service to help arrange for a takeaway coffee for me. The hotel itself has exceptional services and make me feel very welcome. The hotel is a bit old but we'll maintained. The bathroom is huge and room is of good size.

The location and service at this hotel are 10/10. At all times when I need to go to Shanghai I prefer to choose to stay at this hotel. The cleanliness is good, the furniture is good and the service is very good. In my last days at the hotel I received incredible support, especially from Rreky Yin (Permanent Restaurant Staff) and Shirlei Ma (also from the Restaurant). I was feeling very good on my last stay at the hotel. I've been there more than four times. One point to continuous improvement: The smell in my bedroom was not very well, but it's not a problem or big issue, but if possible improve, i think change this will be a amazing improvement.

Our stay in the hotel was pleasant. Breakfast was awesome and the staff Ricky Yin at Paramount Restaurant was a wonderful attendent and helpful. Will go again when I visit JingAn temple

I had a great experience during my recent stay. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient, which made a great first impression. I had requested a room close to the lift, and I truly appreciated that this request was honored. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable — just what I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent — conveniently close to the subway, with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls in the area, making it easy to get around and enjoy the neighborhood. There was only one complimentary breakfast included, so my nephew went in my place. He shared that the service was excellent, and he especially appreciated the attentiveness of a staff member named Shirley. He mentioned she was friendly, welcoming, and really attentive to the guests’ needs — a real credit to the team. Overall, I’m very satisfied with our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!
