Excellent accommodations and convenient to catch a taxi to the hotspots. Only complaint was that the mini fridge didn’t get cold.

Stayed for 2 nights. Location is quite good. Nearby got food stores available. Cleanliness can be improved. And refurbished the wallpaper and floor lamination as it’s peeling when I stayed. Staffs are helpful with our enquiries 👍🏻 overall, it’s still a nice stay

I repeated the hotel stay for more two days through trip.com. It gave me the option to rebook the same room and in fact i was charged lower fees as compare to the first time booking. I got very happy that i was offered discount for rebooking and rebooked it, but i felt cheated very next moment as right after booking when i was told by the hotel staff that i have offered the lower category room this time by trip.com. After arguing they made me pay the difference amount of CNY 144 to stay in the same room. Thus i realized that trip.com has cheated on me.

The room is quite big and the soundproofing is OK. If you are near the road, there is some noise. The service is provided by robots. It feels like there are not many service staff. The room is supposed to give people a smart feeling, with automatic curtains, smart toilets, infrared sensors, etc. But the overall experience is not as good as expected. It is recommended to buy some good brand products. The TV keeps prompting that the authorization has expired, which is annoying. The price-performance ratio is OK. Overall satisfied

The biggest advantage is that the twin room is very large and can accommodate three people, which is suitable for family travel. The sanitary equipment is smart, convenient and comfortable to use. There is also breakfast, but during the Spring Festival, the breakfast is relatively simple and there is no problem eating enough.

Great hotel. Every day they clean, make the bed, wash everything and change the towels. If you have drunk, they bring new bottles of water, tea and instant coffee to your room. There is Wi-Fi in the room, which is convenient, especially when you do not take a local SIM card, you can control the temperature in the room with the air conditioner. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Shanghai zoo and Longxi road metro stations. On the way from the metro you can go to a chain store, like 7-Eleven, also at the Longxi road station there is a small Family mart. The staff is friendly and ready to help, explain something or advise.

The hotel has a good location and is convenient for travel. It is my first time staying at TuKe. The overall feeling is very good, beyond my imagination. The environment is clean and bright, the rooms are tidy and spacious, the facilities are complete, the service is warm and thoughtful, and I will come again in the future.

The surrounding area is quite convenient, ten minutes away from the subway station, there are many snacks, although it is on the roadside, it is very quiet, the breakfast is average but the overall price-performance ratio is good.
