Is really good hotel, I recommend it and I will come of course again

It was a good choice to stay, close to the Subway station.

Good and clean

I booked 3 bed room , its so clean , but a lil bit old , the staf very helpful , easy to get didi taxi , we very enjoy our stay

The hotel is quite old. The carpet little bit dirty. The bed and pillow is good. Overal still ok. Easy to find the location. Can rent bicycle with alipay at front hotel.

Booked 3 rooms, 2 for friends and one for myself, we all had a bad experience. Hotel was dirty. Reception not very or accommodating. I would not recommend this hotel.

It’s a really nice place clean not very far from the center

Our second stay at the Fortune Zhixuan and we loved our visit.  Hongkou is a great, unheralded area of Shanghai and you can easily explore the area on foot from the Zhixuan or take a short walk to the metro to get around all points of the city.  We love the Deluxe (Duplex) Suite at this hotel and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a spacious room that is super quiet and comfortable.  We could easily have stayed longer.  Excellent value for money and we will definitely stay again.

Nice Location and comfortable room and bed. No noisy. A bit old but comparing with the price, there are worthy

Spacious family room. +++++ Staff were nice 🙂 ++++ But some facilities in the room didn't work. And a dump smell before turned air con on. - Recommended for family.

Good hotel a little on the worn out side but ok for the price. It's a bit far from the Bund and other attractions but great staff.

Very good price for it's value. Not super close to the Subway but acceptable. Perfect to stay to be near the universities.

Room looks exactly like on the photos. Metro station is about 15 minutes away on foot, so it's not that close. When we checked in the room, it smelled like cigarettes A LOT. Staff immediately changed our room, but there was no fridge and no little sofa. There are several restaurants around, so you won't be starving. All the attractions are about 5 metro stations away.For this money the hotel is great, I recommend it.

First of all, The staff are very friendly. Everyone of them, coz of traffic I got late.. and asked them if I check out 15 min later than the time.. and they agreed. Though the metro is at walking distance. If you're in a hurry that's not convenient. Also the e bikes are there right outside the hotel which makes it more convenient. Over all I enjoyed my stay here. Would recommend. Worth the price. Bund, Nanjing road etc are 4-5 stops away from the nearby 2 metro stops.
