Walking distance to subway, hotel to Huangpu area (walking street) only takes 30 minutes. To WaiThan only 35 minutes. Overall the hotel location are very good which no need to carry luggage to walk long distance.

Their service is excellent. The rooms are also good. They clean mostly every day. Have a towel and some of the little things you need. Can walk to East/West Nanjing Road and people square around 7-10mins. The location is actually good. employees they are really nice to everyone. Counters open 24 hours. Rooms size is depend. If someone walk by the room, they might hear us talking a little. There was some little noise at night, but not much. All is the best. If I come again I still choose this hotel.

Friendly staff, Great location and easy to access from Metro Line 1 which is connect from Line 2. Short walk to People’s square station.

We thought the value for money here was great. They were very helpful in letting us store our bags before check in. We were happy with the location which was close to yummy food places and the metro station. The only downside is that we booked a non-smokers room and it and the towels smelled of cigarettes. But otherwise we were very happy.

If you’re taking an early flight and need early check in, this is your best bet! Great service! Recommended.

Room is clean and the size is ok. Location is convenient too. Less than 5 minutes walk to train station.

We had a really good experience with Homeinn Neo. The best thing is definetly the location, it's just 3 minutes walking to the metro line 1, and 15 minutes to Ninjang road and people's park. We used the hellobikes quite often. The room was nicely furnished and clean and there was a water refill station and powerbank rentals downstairs. We had a room without window, which was a little bit weird in the morning but ok in the evening. Noise level was quiet. 10/10 recommend, I would definetly stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of eateries around and around 15 mins walk to people’s square area. Room was quite spacious and comfortable.

The location was good as it is close to metro. The room had a good size (we managed to open 2 big suitcases), had a big window, the bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit worn out, bathroom clealiness needs some improvement, the drain had bad smell. Overall the stay was ok (considering the price for Shanghai), but do not expect anything special.

Good for a quick stay if you're not spending much time in room. My friend had a room with window, I recommend getting this. Thin walls!!!

Recommending this hotel for your first or repeating Shanghai visit. They accept international guests, however nobody speaks English. They have their translation app ready if you need anything tho or communicate with their hands. Everybody was very polite and helpful. We ordered some packages to the hotel the reception accepted for us. The room was clean and was cleaned every day, including empty the trash. They replaced our towels every day which I feel was not needed, but fine.  The area is very nice, metro close, didi drivers can stop in front. Down the streets are many food places and one random craft beer bar. Shanghai city museum, several malls and Nanjing Lu are all in walking distance. In front of the hotel are small supermarkets. In 5min walk you get Baozi, Jiaozi and famous egg pancakes for breakfast. Coffee and milk tea stores ＜10min walk. So no need for hotel breakfast ;) It might not be the hippest corner of Shanghai or lively during the night, but very good starting point for your daily trips. We didn't experience it as loud. You sometimes hear other hotel guests but nothing that annoyed us.  Only thing to be aware of: The room is very small, not even a closet. We didn't mind as you only sleep and shower there, but for some it might be an issue. It was our first time in China and Shanghai, so I can't say a lot how good the price was. But comparing it to other hotels in the area it seemed fair.

Front hotel, lobby also the room is actually clean. No bad smell or something bad. All staff are nice and very welcome to everyone, service is also good. There are towels, toothpatse, toothbrush, comb provide at the front desk. Their maid come to clean mostly everyday. Location is good, has some restaurant near by hotel. 7-eleven too. You can walk to Nanjing road east to west and people square around 6-10minutes. Not far from train station. Overall I really love this hotel. If there 100 points, I would give 101.

The location near the metro station, minimart, and a lot of restaurants nearby. The room also clean but the we can hear the noisy sound from corridor or neighbor even we closed door and windows.

Location within walking distances to many attractions, lots of wonderful street eats and restaurants is a big plus. It was a little noisy outside but I didn’t feel it a problem. Had a question with the hairdryer, called the front desk and staff came up instantly. He addressed the issue thoroughly in a pleasant manner. Liked this hotel and booked my next stay already.
