Top location near Tian'anmen square, staff is nice, comfortable rooms and again great location.

Affordable price, Close to the city center. Friendly and helpful staff and can speakn english. It was a little dirty but comfortable place. Would i go to this hotel again? YES.

Pleasant room decor but need better housekeeping. No amenities and check-in on level 8 without signage.

Is a short walk of about 5 minutes to the nearest Metro which call Tian Tong station. At this station, is a direct station to Hongqiao Railway as well as the Hongqiao Airport. And only 1 stop to the famous Nanking Road East. Easy to find the place and lots of eateries and shopping just around the corner. The room we chose was exactly the same as what they offered in Trip.com. Check in and out is hassle free and staff are very attentive and gives clear instruction. Will stay there again if we are back in Shanghai.

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect — just a short ride to all the main attractions and entertainment spots, yet the area is incredibly peaceful and quiet. There are plenty of local eateries and cafés nearby, making it super convenient for food and drinks. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both convenience and relaxation!

Customer service is helpful as willing to come down knocking the door to wake my kid up. However, the water heater is ABSOLUTELY LOUSY!! The tank is too small, only can cater for 1pax to shower and wash hair, while the room capacity i booked is for 4pax!!! Can u imagine the water heater temperature is 26°, while the weather is about 10°C?!!!! Also, I found there's the cockroach leg on the bedsheet near the pillow!!!

The staff was able to speak English well and very helpful too! The apartment looks just like an ordinary apartment in china. Each room doesn't have a thick blanket, but they have air conditioner that makes the room quite warm.

What a great apartment! The view and location was perfect. The gentleman at the reception on the 8th floor is always willing to assist and very friendly. He spoke English so it made everything easier. Thank you for a great stay!

Good location but the place is not clean.

The apartament is good, situated at a convenient place in Shanghai and close to the Subway - lines 10 and 12. The room was sufficiently clean, despite some spots needing some additional care, such as the chandelier, the sink's tap, among others, and the staff was helpful, although not particularlly enthusiastic. The facilities were well mainteined, but there were some some issues. The bathroom hole was partially clogged and the fridge had an unpleasant smell imprinted in it. Despite some problems, overall positive experience. Kitchen not equipped.

Room is so dirty has to clean my self sink rusted and show had molds on then bed was like sleeping on the floor toilet dose not flush is was so bad I was thing of booking somewhere else to stay my kids smalls like smoke air-conditioning was so noisy could sleep Lining was dirty house keeper was urging with other staff so load did care that their where Gus's around stay for 6 night these is no house keep for all the six night this is not a hotel it's a dump of a place don't wast you money

Owner was there to greet us at the front where he led us to the office and helped us check in. We had a long layover in Shanghai and they also let us store our luggage with them before our flight at night even after checking out. Place looks a tiny bit smaller than the photos and the top loft bed occupies the entire second floor so there is no space to move around up there. Should be no problem for younger travelers but adults/elderly with mobility limitations should consider that. The place was also very easy to find. Great stay.

The room we had was fine, a bit dirty when we arrived but the staff was very efficient and kind. We could text at 2am and they will respond. Very responsive to our problems usually we had to ask them to clean the room every morning before going out. Aside from that, it was great and the location is good, very close to the bund and other places and there is also a metro station close by.
