Not bad, clean hotel, quite new, laundry service availablr, hotel can help to receive parcel.

While on the main road, access to metro station is not near. There are other Atour hotels nearby in more convenient locations. But this property is also, very good. The hotel premises are clean. The front desk staff while very young are very cordial. The housekeepers are very good and efficient. I am very impressed with Atour Hotel and this property. The windows are very good. Not noisy even if my room was facing the highway. The breakfast that came with my room was freshly made daily. The kitchen aunties were very kind and gentle, too. And the restaurant was kept clean always. Thank you all.

The hotel was very new. The rooms are extremely clean. The hotel is relatively small, but the hotel provides excellent cleanliness. We booked two rooms and they were good.

We had an early flight and stayed overnight. Not the best property I have stayed at in sh. Location is good close to major shopping malls with restaurants. Front desk staff were not very friendly when we arrived.

Great place to stay in Shanghai. This hotel is pretty new and equipped with smart devices. The service is also very thoughtful and enthusiastic. Great location within walking distance to shopping malls, convenient stall and restaurants.

Situated just a 10-minute walk from the metro station, the hotel is conveniently surrounded by multiple malls. While it boasts a modern and relatively new design, one potential drawback is the presence of only a single elevator servicing all six floors, which might lead to occasional waiting times.

They couldn’t find my reservation and we’re very rude to me saying that I didn’t make the reservation even after I showed them both the retraction number and my confirmation from CTrip

The hotel was fine. Clean, modern, location was als great. BUT, booking process with this hotel and trip.com was SO stressful. I have initially booked 2 rooms, both by Trip.com. One room was fine, but the other one was not even in their registration system when I first got there. So like that, on the first they, I have almost spent an hour trying to just check in. Then in worked somehow. But then again, in the middle of my stay, one of my room got cancelled by the hotel. Hotel was saying I cancelled, and ofc I did not change my order. Trip says that was mistake but still had to cancel the room. Eventhough everything worked out eventually, this was so stressful. I was travelling to the city with my family. So every hour is valuable. But I have spent overall more than 3 hours stressing at the reception. So think that into consideration. Hotel was great except this horrible misunderstanding experience. p.s: any of the hotel staff speaks english. Always use translation app.

Clean and spacious. Located near malls and park by the Huangpu river. Extremely convenient.
