The service at this homestay was excellent—staff were friendly and spoke English, which made communication very easy. The room was clean and the location was convenient. However, one downside was that the pool had no water during our stay. Overall, it was a good experience.

A hotel very well located from Disney, the staff service is warm, the breakfast is generous and there is a shuttle bus to Disney, all kinds of amenities, there is no lack of service just because we are foreigners, recommend the service!

This is the best place to stay if you want to visit shanghai disneyland. The staff mr Lee can soeak english very well. He is very nice to us and very helpfull. The driver who drove us to disneyland is also very nice

A wonderful place for a family holiday that exceeded all our expectations, the only thing that upset us was that the pool was not working (((( The hotel is lovely, cozy, everything is very clean. Great location to reach Disneyland, really helpful, clean facilities, great service (including the fast, simple breakfast, so u are not difficult to find one when you must leave early to go to Disneyland and the transport service there).

Location is in close proximity to Disneyland, and the hotel provides free pick-ups and drop-offs to Disneyland. Staff are friendly. Only improvement that could be made is the water heat control in the bathroom.

The place was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions or recommendations. The common areas were well-maintained. The location was also excellent – close to Disneyland

Only good things to say. Clean, easy check in, responsive, and they have pick up service to and from disneyland. Breakfast is good also, classic chinese breakfast. Recommended!

Dirty hotel not worth to operate better close , staff was nice to change our room to bigger one as in photo was look like it big but not in reality and second room we find under bed insects 🕷️ And under second floor mattress once my daughter set in bed cockroach jump out

Recommended, the service crew is friendly and nice. The location and environment is good. There's breakfast and free transport provided to Disney. Suitable for families, couples or groups of friends. Worth the price.

Absolutely stunning hotel, clean, great hotel. The receptionist was amazing, when visiting a country not knowing the language we have found to be hard however the receptionist on the desk spoke absolutely incredible English and the most conversation we’ve had since being in China ! He was so helpful we are so greatful. The hotel is very close to Disney and Bicester village Shanghai . Highly reccomend staying here!
