Excellent hotel in the heart of Amsterdam- shower has a leak which flooded the floor Hotel is well maintenance and had beautiful air conditioning on the hot summer’s day I was in town. Sheets are nice b- single bed online but not very wide. I would recommend a double.

Decent stay as usual. Clean and tidy, nice staff. Disappointed they insisted on me paying €5 to check in 45 mins earlier. As a returning customer and the room being ready this seems unfair. It also feels like the check in times in Amsterdam seem to be getting later and later.

I recently stayed at Avenue Hotel with friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was very clean, earning a solid 4/5. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The service was commendable, receiving a 4/5. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.: The amenities were satisfactory, also rated 4/5. The facilities provided everything we needed, although there could be some improvements in variety. Overall, I would recommend Avenue Hotel for a good stay with friends, especially if you're looking for a clean and conveniently located place with friendly service.

Room very Dirty. No cleaning after we back hotel on the 2 & 3rd night. Still have toothpaste in the basin & the towel very dirty. The room too small & very old style. The bathroom room door was broken. Poor condition.

Good location within a walking distance from Amsterdam central station or just taking a tram for only 1 stop which is just the doorstep of the hotel. Best location for the shopping lovers. Anyway, the room the we got had a bad smell including the restroom and the shower area. Even with the scent of the air freshener and the exhaust fan, the smell still persists.

I stayed in a single room. The room is small but clean and well maintained. Great location - less than 10 mins walk from Central Station and full of shops, restaurants around. Tram station is just in front of the hotel. Hotel has lifts. Buffet breakfast is good too.

I checked out at 8am and gave them keeping my luggage. Right after I remember that I forgot my food bag in the room. But they did not permit me returning the room. I waited for them until 12h and they said nothing left in the room. Bad service!

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staffs are friendly but not all! The room is a bit small other than that it is satisfactory enough!

Great Location and very clean and kindly staff

Absolutely fantastic location, right in the heart of the action, but just far enough away from the undesirable activity.

The bathroom door was not completely sealed when it was closed. So once you come out of shower, the floor will be super wet! I had to put my towels to cover the floor and absorb the water! The heater in the toilet was not working as well. So even I’ve closed the window but wind still kept coming in and it was quite cold.
