Facilities: Very average. The card on the second floor cannot be used to access the laundry room on the third floor. The takeaway food ordered cannot be delivered to the room and can only be taken down by yourself. Hygiene: It's OK, but the room is very damp. The auntie suggested not to mop the floor. If you mop it, the smell will be more damp. Environment: I stayed for three nights in total. I had to turn on the air conditioner every day, otherwise it would be stuffy. This is not important. The next day, I turned off the air conditioner and came back to find that there was a damp and musty smell in the room, just like a basement. Then the quilt and sheets were all wet and very uncomfortable! It was sticky when I slept, and the socks were washed and hung for two days but they didn't dry. As long as I entered the room, I could smell the damp feeling. If I hadn't booked for several days in a row, I would have wanted to change hotels the next day.

The hotel was not very far from subway and shopping malls. The front desk guy didn't speak English of course, but we could communicate with the help of translatimg apps. The bathroom looked nice, at least not with glass doors. The bed was quite small and uncomfortable for 2 people. Breakfast was really bad, very oily. We could hardly eat anything

There is an elevated road in front of the hotel. Maybe it's because I have a windowless room, so it's very quiet and not noisy at all. The king-size bed room is small, but it has everything. The breakfast is also good. It's about a 7-minute walk from the Yan'an West Road subway station. The overall low ceiling will make you feel a little depressed. The cost-effectiveness is relatively high. Talk about the disadvantages: I didn't try to use points to check in early when booking a room on Ctrip, so I don't know if it works; but the fruit plate was not delivered when I checked in; when checking in, I met another staff member looking for a courier order, which caused a slight delay in checking in. The privilege of reimbursing subway station taxis also requires guests to take the initiative to consult and take the invoice to the other party. They were told to add the store's corporate WeChat. After leaving the store, there was no reimbursement. I don't know how long it will take, but the check-out was relatively fast. The girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I caught a cold and she asked if I wanted to bring hot water. Overall, this is a hotel with a relatively high cost-effectiveness

First of all, the facilities are very new. It should be a newly renovated hotel in the past two years, so the decoration is quite new. There are two rows, one is next to the elevated building. The one we live in is next to a residential building, so luckily it’s not too noisy. The toilet is pretty good too, not too small. But the suffocating thing is that the room is too small. If you have claustrophobia, I recommend staying somewhere else. Staying in this room is really suffocating. Transportation is also convenient, very close to the subway station

The service is really nice. It may be because it was raining in Shanghai, the room was very humid, and there was some smell as soon as I entered the room. It was better to open the balcony window for a while. The hotel is relatively new, and the price ratio is better for business travel! There are restaurants around, and every meal can be easily solved.

the hotel is a standout tall structure and is located in a “close to everything interesting” part of Shanghai, a few stops from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway station and Airport via Metro Line2. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful (the goodnight call through the room line might be a good gesture but some people could find it odd and bothering), room clean and fitted with a smart lavatory (might be challenging to operate for first timers, would be helpful adding English guide notes). Overall, we had a beautiful stay and I would recommend this hotel

Close to exit 10 of zhongshan park metro. My room was nice and very quiet, the only issue was the cigarette smell but that's fairly common in China unfortunately. Staff was friendly, specially the woman during check out.

Xiaolin at the front desk provides good service. The lobby is spacious and comfortable! There is a coffee machine and iced lemonade. Xiaolin also upgraded the room for free!

It's close to the No. 2 subway station. You can take the No. 2 subway to go to the Bund to see the night view. If you want to eat, you can order takeout very quickly. It can be delivered, and it's cheap. It costs more than 80 yuan and is more than enough for a family of 5. It's a pleasant stay.
