Have a good stay in this hotel. Free shuttle to any from the hotel, but we need to make reservations in advance. Have a good variety of breakfast buffet. If you stay long, there is a washing machine and dryer for free. Overall, it is recommended to stay here if you are visiting disneyland.

I love their services. Staff are friendly (both front desk and housekeeping). The hotel is clean and nearby to eatery (Chinese noodle stall/McDonald's/Western restaurant etc), convenient store (24hrs Lawson) and Luckin Coffee. Even if we reach the hotel super late like midnight we can still get food either via Lawson or takeaway (not available to deliver to the room but there is a placement counter outside the hotel which I sometimes ordered via alipay app when on the road back to the hotel so I can collect when I reach the hotel). Very easily get Didi from the hotel as the hotel is near to Shanghai railway station (Didi driver told me this area has a lot of Didi available due to the railway station).

Nice hotel with good breakfast. I m impressed with Wangzia who serve in the resraurant. She s very nice. The room s a bit small with 2 persons but overall its good and convenient .

Very good location. Xujiahui is just outside of the usual Nanjing East Road area so the room cost is more affordable but it is still convenient whether by subway or Didi. Hotel is clean and services is good. You can also do ******* for your meals.

The hotel is nice and excellent location . There is shopping just across the street and metro less than 5 minutes. Rooms are comfortable , but they still using floor carpet which I don't like due to allergies . In my opinion they should think about it.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast was ample and delicious, despite not having any cheese and no omelette station. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the zoo and the United Family Hospital. Would definitely stay again.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at! The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom, too. I was so happy to see it had a bathtub 🤩 Breakfast buffet in the mornings were lovely. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It's always lovely to feel at home when traveling. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is comfortable, clean and tidy, the service is very good, and it will provide diversified services according to customer needs. In addition to meeting various requirements, there will also be thoughtful customized services. The service team at the front desk and the service team in the restaurant are all great!

The total points were used to upgrade the room type, and the room was upgraded to an executive twin room. The view on the 23rd floor was very good, the environment was clean, but there were too few parking spaces, and it was first come first served. I dared not move after parking the car! There were few breakfast varieties, and I had a bowl of noodles to fill my stomach! It was not far from Yuanxiang Lake, and I went for a walk in the evening. The park environment was very good and close to Poly! There was a business package in the evening, and it was no problem to eat enough

I came to Shanghai with my friends and stayed in the hotel. The experience was very good. The front desk was very enthusiastic. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable and spotless. The room lady greeted politely and was warm and down-to-earth. The breakfast was rich and varied. There are also shopping malls around, which is suitable for travelers. I will choose here again next time I travel.
