Courtyard Hotels in Shanghai

The hotel location is not too far from Disneyland, and the biggest advantage is they provide shuttle service from/to Pudong Airport, Disneyland, and train station, even to TheBund. The hotel interior is modern, very nice, quite clean. In hotel have convenience store, kids' playgrounds, and restaurants. The Family Room is spacious with 2 beds, living room with sofa, and a cute tent for smaller kids to play or chill. The room is clean enough (for us), equipped with basic necessities, and the bathroom is spacious, and everything works well. Hot n cold water runs very well. I asked for a birthday setup, and they delivered it nicely. Not to mention, all the staff we encountered are very helpful, from the doorman who assists us when we waited for our taxi, the shuttle bus driver, until the cleaning service lady who catered us very politely, despite our language barrier. They are all sweet and helpful.Thank you!!! We appreciate it so much. We had a very pleasant stay.

I love their services. Staff are friendly (both front desk and housekeeping). The hotel is clean and nearby to eatery (Chinese noodle stall/McDonald's/Western restaurant etc), convenient store (24hrs Lawson) and Luckin Coffee. Even if we reach the hotel super late like midnight we can still get food either via Lawson or takeaway (not available to deliver to the room but there is a placement counter outside the hotel which I sometimes ordered via alipay app when on the road back to the hotel so I can collect when I reach the hotel). Very easily get Didi from the hotel as the hotel is near to Shanghai railway station (Didi driver told me this area has a lot of Didi available due to the railway station).

The hotel is a bit old but beautiful, clean, good atmosphere, very good location, convenient, right next to the mall. Very satisfied.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. I m impressed with Wangzia who serve in the resraurant. She s very nice. The room s a bit small with 2 persons but overall its good and convenient .

Very good location. Xujiahui is just outside of the usual Nanjing East Road area so the room cost is more affordable but it is still convenient whether by subway or Didi. Hotel is clean and services is good. You can also do ******* for your meals.

Although it is quite old, after all, it has been open for so many years, the carpet is a bit arched, and children and the elderly are easy to trip. I hope it can be improved. The bedding is quite comfortable. This room type is enough for the elderly and children. The surrounding environment is good and lush. The hotel's architectural style and the scenery of the Suzhou River are added points. There are also Changfeng Joy City, Kintetsu Plaza and other shopping malls with a variety of restaurants not far away. Although the breakfast is not large in quantity, it wins in quality control. The noodle stall also has a robotic arm to cook noodles, and the tablet can be used for self-service ordering. Compared with the Marriott in Zizhu Park, this one is still quite cost-effective. It is a four-star hotel, so the requirements cannot be too high.

The room is comfortable, clean and tidy, the service is very good, and it will provide diversified services according to customer needs. In addition to meeting various requirements, there will also be thoughtful customized services. The service team at the front desk and the service team in the restaurant are all great!

Hotel was clean . Breakfast was so so .. nothing so special about the breakfast. Room was quite big with very comfortable bed . TV was terrible , almost no channels were clear .

This is opulent and decadent. There is a special events room, restaurant, pool, spa and sauna, and best for me was the bathtub (and shower) in the room. Because of the tub, I didn't even go to the pool. I had room service, and they didn't speak English, but came to my room to take my order in person. I had a burger, fries and Caesar salad and a beer. It was very good. I enjoyed breakfast in the morning, it was expansive and amazing, plus juices and coffee. I was able to try so many things. There were choices if you wanted Continental, but Chinese things as well. I liked it and had an amazing night's sleep. I only have pictures of the tub and my breakfast. I would stay again. Also, I went off in the Didi and returned and it was easy to come and go.

This time I came to Shanghai for fun, I looked at several hotels online and finally decided to stay in this hotel. When I walked into the hotel lobby, a concierge came to help with the luggage. The young man at the front desk was also very enthusiastic to help check in. The room was bright and comfortable. At first glance, the room was comfortable as a whole, especially the room was clean and tidy. The floor of the shower room was very clean and there was no sign of a few years of hotel. This shows that this hotel must pay attention to details to achieve such an effect. I am very satisfied with this choice and will recommend friends to come here
