有史以來住過最差勁的酒店，本來帶着孩子想找個冷門城市玩，定個400多的酒店看平台宣傳照片還可以，誰知道一進屋就是煙味，想着開窗户忍忍算了，誰知道緊接着智能房間裡邊連網都沒，小度都不能用，讓連旁邊的屋。然後更奇葩的是，前台工作人員自己沒看清楚訂單，然後凌晨2點給我們三個房間的人挨着都打了一遍電話，説我們沒付房費，給我開房間了，我也是服了。帶着孩子早上8點40到餐廳，説沒粥沒飯了，你們定的早餐到9點，8點40去就沒有了。真是差到極致了。

房間衞生真的打掃過嗎？床單和地板上的毛髮顯而易見！牀頭櫃和以及放茶杯桌子上面的灰塵打掃人員真的看不到嗎？還是説這個房間根本就沒打掃過！智能小度還不能使用！

連續住很多天的，入住當天前台那個經理態度挺好的，給我們升級了浴缸房間，第三天早上上班的前台的那個小姐姐態度非常非常很好，給我們東西從4樓搬到6樓而且放的很整齊（跟我在原房間放的都是一樣的）衣服也幫我們掛了很好，裝東西的袋子啥的全部都一樣不落的都搬到新房間啦，甚至用過的肥皂放在洗臉巾上面都拿上來了，入住那麼多天服務態度跟溝通是最好的一個前台小姐姐😀（一開始沒打算評價的，但是這個小姐姐態度和做事情尊嘟很棒）

房間內有十分濃的煙味，開窗了好久最後發現是空調出風吹出來的味道，住了一晚嗓子非常難受。另外隔音的問題很嚴重，半夜的時候樓上有很吵的水流聲，致電前台讓幫忙去看一下並且因為家裡的老年狗狗睡眠很淺祝福不要來敲門告知結果，但保安還是跑過來敲門，真的很差，如果不是沿途正好經過絕對不會選擇。
