Arrived @11pm and the checked in was smooth and fast. Got high floor room on 3rd floor. Cleanliness acceptable and the aircond was good though. No free parking provided. You have to use apps to pay the for the parking from 8-5pm. This hotel has lift. So no problem for olders.

Unpleasant moment . Stay as a solo traveller. Pukul 3 pagi kena ambush dgn jais. 🥴🥴

Room sound proof is not good. Can hear the next door guest making noise at early morning. The room got mosquito too :(

The only reason I chose this hotel is the location that's neae to my customers office. Bed sheet seems been use since the beginning of the hotel started. Rooms floor need refurbishment and painted.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 1 pm . We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there
