This was a convenient and comfortable location to stay while exploring the area. Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms clean and modern enough but with a bit of old-fashioned feel. Location on river is nice.

A small, a little older, but decent place for a one night stay while traveling across Oregon, heading to Crater Lake. The owner was supper friendly. She really has spruced the place up. Great deck over looking river. It’s just seemed like a small struggling little town. Glad we stopped there.

We were not sure what to expect here. We were very happy with our stay. The check in was incredibly easy, parking by our room was very convenient and the room was very cozy and clean. The property had several walkable dining & beverage options. They also have a beautiful deck overlook of the river to relax. It was 102 degrees the day we stayed (even in the shade) so we didn’t use the deck as we otherwise might have. We used the motel for a jumping off point to visit Crater Lake NP the following day, which worked very well. But we would definitely consider spending more time at this property in the future. For the price, Riverfront Lodging is a little gem!

Clean and spacious room in the quaint river town of Shady Cove. This room was perfect for a one-eighty stay for our family of four visiting Crater Lake National Park. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch that overlooked the river with a bottle of local wine. The staff was very nice, the beds were comfortable, and the motel was close to a good grocery store and a wonderful coffee shop.

Sitting on the balcony at the back of the property overlooking the Rogue River sipping wine (BYO) after a long drive was awesome. Highly recommend this motel.

Beautiful property with a deck that overlooks the river. Saw some deer and ducks down there in the evening just chilling. Check in was amazing and super helpful in picking out where I should go for dinner and even gave me a few extra things to check out on my way up to Crater Lake the next day. Overall this place is just awesome!!!

We stayed here one night while traveling and glad we picked this place. Our room was cozy and very clean. There was a beautiful, shady area to hang out in and a nice deck right above the Rouge River. Dana, in the office, was very friendly and gave us good info about the area. We would stay here again.
