"Best in town"

"I'm only posting for the spa I booked a hammam, facial scrub and massage package. I'm the only customer so it should have been nice but we've already been given a size s bathing dress even though I'm an xl... The person for the scrub chews his gum during the service Shower without a suitable towel I arrive for the reserved facial treatment and a foot treatment is prepared for me. We quickly set up a table for the treatment. Uncomfortable and full light. The staff receives calls and sends text messages during treatment. I make the remark. The products are applied quickly and I come out with tight and, above all, poorly cleaned skin Correct but quick massage The person can see clearly that I did not like the service.... In short 150 dt...too expensive and not at all a the height of an establishment of this standing....to avoid"

"It’s amazing hotel, everything was comfortable and beautiful. They have restaurants and smoking area, this was important for us. Bathroom was comfortable and very clean. Thanks to this hotel"

"The entrance and the breakfast area are ok as in decore!! But I cannot understand how the management do nothing to control the many flies sitting on the food. Disgustring!! The room was huge but the carpet was filthy. I died not dare use the towels, I had one of my own. As someone else said on here, the hotel needs to be shut down and given a major overhaul!!! Some 5* hotel this is, I would think not even 2*!! You wont see us again for sure (we were 20 people)!!"
