We are very pleased with our total experience. From reservations, to check in, to our daily stay. We have had nothing but great service, clean rooms, fresh breakfast and friendly staff every morning. Front desk clerk Emma has been amazingly helpful, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of the area... such a great experience.

We were staying here for 1 week, and the first thing that we noticed is that there were no drawers for our clothes. There was a enclosure which the tv stood on, with the refrigerator and microwave were inside, with 2 empty shelves. We put our basic clothes on those shelves, and had to work out or our suitcases for the rest of our clothes. This is very inconvenient for someone staying for more than just a few days. Then in the bathroom, on the back of the door was leftover hair from the previous visitor. I guess when they hung their towels on the back of the door, some of the hair stuck to the door. We notified the staff, and they said that there would be no excuse for it still being there. Housekeeping only comes every 3rd day, so we thought the management would flag our room, to make sure the hair would be cleaned. But no...the hair was still there after the room was cleaned. With limited housekeeping, there were no towel racks to hang our towels, so they were still moist the next day. There were only 2 small trash cans, which quickly filled up since no one would take care of it until the 3rd day. The beds were comfortable, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was decent.

People are friendly, room is fine. However the bathroom has to be the smallest I’ve ever seen, and I don’t like the sink in the bedroom. I see people commenting it’s been updated, however we are on the first floor and the hall carpet has tears and dirty. I will say the hotel smells wonderful when you walk in. Breakfast was good and they do have cookies in the evening down by the check in desk. Hallways are very noisy, you hear every door shut and people talking as they walk by. Overall I would stay again if I got a good deal.

This was a clean,newer property on a Tuesday. We paid $85 after showing desk person the price on a travel website and he matched it. Bed and sheets very comfortable. Room spotless. Toiletries nice. Fluffy towels. We were birding at Seven Island Birding Park (wonderful) and this was closest to park and freeway,away from traffic going to Gatlinburg. Breakfast as nice as Hampton inn. Great stay

BED BUGS. DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked in on Saturday, December 14th around 4:15 PM. We checked the mattress like we do at every hotel and thought we were safe to stay there with our items. We left our stuff in the room and then went about our vacation. We returned to the hotel around 10:15 PM. Around 11 PM we noticed a bug on the headboard. Upon further investigation by my fiance and I, their employee Kayla, and the Sevier County Health Department (see attached inspection report), it was determined that there were bed bugs within our room. You can also see the attached photo of the bed bugs. I have videos too if Google would let me attach it. The company was incredibly difficult to work with to get refunds and would not pay the difference for the new hotel we had to get. Not to mention their manager, Corey, was conveniently not available when we came back the next day to talk in person, despite being told they would be there. Eventually got our money back for the stay and to replace what needed to be thrown away/what we spent washing clothes. But the hotel did not care at all that we were out until 1:30 in the morning washing our clothes. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.

The hotel is very clean. They have an amazing pool that's open year round. The people working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times and always look forward to coming back to this hotel because of the amazing employees like Cody and Emma who make sure everything is perfect.
