It was good. It was all right not too shabby. Enjoy a lot of it.

When we arrived and checked in, we went to our room (352) and the floor between the beds was busted up. The room smelled horrid. Looking closer, we found black mold above the ceiling. They changed our room (124) and it went down hill from there. The 2nd room was infested with roaches and stink bugs, no weather seal around the door, black mold above the ceiling, paint chips falling off the ceiling. There was an exposed outlet by the bed. The carpet was filthy. The floor in the tub appeared to have a patch in it but there was an extremely weak area in the center. We were fearful it would fall thru. I went to the desk the next day and the girl did not care. No other rooms available in town so we were stuck. The breakfast was bottom of the barrel. A small bear waffle, powdered eggs, toast and stale cereal. No meat. The dining room was so small and cramped. The same girl who didn't care was in the dining room when we came in for breakfast. All the tables were dirty and sticky from syrup. I ask her if she had a wet cloth I could use too clean a table and she told me to wet a napkin in the sink because she was fixing her breakfast. When we checked out and I told the woman about the roaches, etc, she really didn’t care. She offered a $15 credit on $400 + 3 night stay. We have pictures if you are interested.

Just visited here this weekend 9/20/25. I have a metatarsal fracture and can’t bare weight on my foot. Apparently elevator had been messed up since Friday according to other guest but when my husband asked about the situation this morning staff had lied to us and acted like they had no clue. However the manager was already aware of the situation but staff didn’t know. They stuck several guest with disabilities on the 2nd and 3rd floor knowing the elevator kept messing up, eventually it stopped all together this morning. I had to wait 2 hrs for some bikers and my husband to carry me in my wheelchair from the 3rd floor to the bottom. On another note we got a suite with a jacuzzi to benefit my issue with my foot, but the button was missing and couldn’t even use it. Remote to the tv did not work and also outlets by the

Relaxing hot whirlpool without the jets. Relaxing bed. Cold AC. Hot shower. Convenient location. My date had nightmares after watching Final Destination but I closed my eyes and had happy dreams.

Ashley was TOP NOTCH. When my Husband and I ran into a problem with our Reservation to where we almost didn’t get the room because of Locality, Ashley was able to straighten our Records out and get us back on Track to a Outstanding stay!! Ashley was Kind, and Patient. Taking into account everything that we were saying and fixing the Problem!! My husband and I love to go on “Mini vacations” (where we go stay at a hotel for a few days to get some Missed hot tub and swimming time in) Ashley was persistent and got us in for the rate the agent set us up with over the phone. We cannot brag on Ashley enough!! The coffee in the breakfast room was Better than Dunkin!! Best coffee ever!! I would literally get a room just for the coffee!! Hahaha The room was Great!! The beds were comfy and me and my Husband slept like Rocks!! lol!! The Hot tub was so Relaxing. We got to watch The Chosen while soaking away and melting next to my Best Friend. Felt like Luxury and the Hot tub was the biggest Hot Tub, we’ve been in thus yet!! Plenty of room for your bags, and storage in the room. It was such a cozy room. They do have a fitness center however it’s in a separate building with no fans :( The breakfast was very tiny. With hot oatmeal and pancakes with three choices of cereal. I would recommend going out to eat as a Family, but maybe if you were single it would work!! The breakfast room was also hard to move in but we are very blessed to have got to eat!! There was an outside pool too!! Thank you Ashley and thank you for Our wonderful stay at the Baymont!
