Nice hotel with river view in Sevierville TN. Near busy highway but room was quiet. Friendly staff. I did not use but there was a nice pool

The location was very convenient, not too far from the Parkway. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a little patio outside our room that provided view of Little Pigeon River. Staff was great. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We will definitely stay again.

This Econo lodge was definitely barebones, but was perfectly acceptable for a comfortable nights rest at a very reasonable cost in a touristy location that could have cost much more. It was sparse but very clean and offered the basic amenities that we needed to continue our journey.

For the price, this place was good. You want frills, pay for them. If you don't pay for them, don't complain that you don't get them. The room was clean, everything worked, the back balcony that looked out onto the river was nifty, we slept well, and the area did not feel unsafe. We would stay there again. My only gripe, without which this would've been a 5-star rating, was that the hotel is somewhat understaffed, which means that you can't always get someone at the desk even during ordinary daytime hours. A guest shouldn't have to call the hotel from the front lobby, twice, to talk with someone. I could deal with once, as in, leave a sign on the desk saying "had to step out - if you need help, call [phone number]" and then the person answers on the first attempt.

Overall our stay was good. Our room was clean and seemed newly renovated. The comforter has a stain on it but the sheets were clean. The shower curtain was way too short and the floor got wet when anyone showered. Our AC leaked a huge puddle in the floor while running. Check in was fast and easy. Check out took a while though. There was no one in the lobby for 15 minutes and finally the man came walking back in.

Passing through
I only issue I hate was when we opened the balcony door we were hit with the smell of ****. But that is no fault of the hotel. Hotel is being updated and it looks really nice would definitely stay again

Meh
Stay was ok. Not the worst ive stayed at but definitely not the best. Had to switch rooms because the shower leaked terribly and my child got hurt from the water flowing through the room outside the bathroom. Holes in walls in the second room with broken lights.

It was great. The rooms were clean and fresh. The best part was the balcony in the little river somewhere where we could feed the ducks.

This is a wonderful motel. Excellent location and great service. We go three or four times a year and have always had great experiences.
