Very pleasant to stay in. The room was very clean and service was friendly and prompt with the needs of the guests.

Good value for the money spent

Hotel needs work. Half the lights didn't work, floor was sticky in the bathroom, one small bar of shampoo and soap for 2 people, clock was broken, no table to use if you wanted to use computer or write. Never seen one custodian but I know they were there as our room was cleaned up when we came back in from shopping. They took what we had in the fridge and threw it all away. Never advise anyone to go to this hotel. They charged me a $60.00 fee in case there was damage to the room. Said it would be refunded in 2-3 days. We checked out August 4th. Today is the 12th. The hotel says they released it to the bank but again today I called the hotel and my bank. The bank says they have nothing. I wonder if I will ever get my money back. Ugh. Never again!

I booked this hotel for a 1 night stay. We were staying at another hotel and wanted to stay an extra night and they had no availability. So we decided to try this hotel .The room was very hot and the a/c was not functioning correctly. It was not cooling the room and it kept turning off. We notified front desk immediately and she came up to room and looked at it and told us to give it another 20 minutes or so and to call her if it was not improving. While she was in our room another guest approached and said her a/c was not working also. she told us she had cut the a/c on in another room that way if we had to switch rooms the room would be cool . It was less then 20 minutes we called her and told her a/c had cut off again and it was not working and we could not take the heat any longer. she told us to come to front desk for key to room beside it. we moved all of our stuff to the next room and it was not cool at all, the a/c then started blowing warm air not cold. I went to the front desk and told her we were going to be checking out. Explained to her that my friend has breathing issues and could not take the heat in the rooms any longer and that she was having difficulty breathing. I was told I would have to contact the manager the next day about a refund. I called once and left a message the next morning. and they said the manager had stepped out. A little later in the day I went in person and they said there was not a manager there that day. I was told it would be best to email the manager about refund. I emailed the manager 2 x and left 3 messages and still have not gotten a response.

The bedding was dirty. Stained up sheets, bathroom was disgusting and the smell was horrible. We looked for bugs bc of the reviews and just bc of the room was so nasty. We didnt see any bugs at all. But we will never be back. We went and asked for bedding and they was just as dirty. The towels was even stuck to the bathtub and so stiff. I didn't use them thankfully took my own but the bathroom was so bad I just washed off.
