We made our first and last stop here on October 2025. My Wife read the reviews and thought this Hotel was worth a try. The issues started as soon as we checked in. They have only one Ramp for Wheelchairs and it's up towards the front of the Building. The Accessible Rooms are all the way in the rear. I use a Power Wheelchair. It's 30.5 inches wide. I got in the Door but barely got by the bed. I couldn't get through to the Bathroom as the second Bed was at least a third of the way into the Bathroom doorway. The Room was so tight that I had to back out. I can't explain how terribly wrong this Room is being described to potential patrons. It was an older Hotel and the Room was smelly, to say the least. Parking was tight and there aren't many Handicap Parking spots. Those are toward the back of the Building, so you have to go to the front to go up the Ramp, ride to the back to the Accessible Rooms. Leaving, you face the same issues, only in reverse. If it's raining, prepare for a bath !! If you have Mobility issues, drive on by. We moved to another Hotel that was much nicer and PRM Travel got us a Great Deal on it. We paid less than what we were paying here. Some businesses don't understand Accountability needs. They don't !!!

Hotel needs work. Half the lights didn't work, floor was sticky in the bathroom, one small bar of shampoo and soap for 2 people, clock was broken, no table to use if you wanted to use computer or write. Never seen one custodian but I know they were there as our room was cleaned up when we came back in from shopping. They took what we had in the fridge and threw it all away. Never advise anyone to go to this hotel. They charged me a $60.00 fee in case there was damage to the room. Said it would be refunded in 2-3 days. We checked out August 4th. Today is the 12th. The hotel says they released it to the bank but again today I called the hotel and my bank. The bank says they have nothing. I wonder if I will ever get my money back. Ugh. Never again!

Booked on line. Within minutes of checking in returned to front desk to report, with photo evidence, roaches on the wall. I explained I did not feel comfortable staying and wanted to leave. Desk clerk stated she was unable to issue a refund but to contact manager in the AM. Called REPEATEDLY, left messages for the GM, and no contact was made. Spoke with a supervisor who explained they do not handle refunds Wyndham Guest Services handles refunds. Spoke with Guest Services, they referred me back to the location. I have been told they have had an exterminator come out and stated no pest were present…. Never mind the photo evidence I provided. I have not been refunded the $56 for the one night stay which did not happen because this location has roaches. I have tried to dispute and make attempts to have this situation resolved but after 2 months of back-and-forth, I still have not received a refund. Abhorrent customer service and no regard for standards.

Our stay was just overnight but we would stay there again. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only "complaint" was that we were on the 4th floor and had to go down to the 1st floor to get ice. Not a big issue but we got in late and were tired.

Location is good, right on the verge of being downtown. Pretty clean rooms, pool was nice and open all day and plenty of parking.
