За две недели забронировала номер, попросила подготовить манеж к нашему приезду , а также номер дать не на последнем этаже , чтоб с ребенком много не подниматься/спускаться . Приехали, видим: Две отдельные односпальные кровати, манежа нет , номер на самом последнем этаже. Попросили принести манеж, манеж забрали у других отдыхающих. В ванной 1 полотенце, попросила принести еще полотенце , его принесли из соседнего номера. У бассейна полотенец не дают. В ванной лежали использованные шампуни. Из комнаты ужасно пахло канализацией. Цена - качество абсолютно не соответствуют!!!

Afgezien van de naam is dit eigenlijk een prima hotel. Ruim, schoon, vriendelijke staf en natuurlijk een top-uitzicht. De gegrilde vis in het restaurant was geweldig. Minpuntjes zijn de locatie buiten de stad en een wat sober ontbijt. Toen wij er waren was het vrijwel uitgestorven en nog te koud om het zwembad uit te proberen.

Terrible experience. Very unprofessional waiters , slow and unfriendly. Food was way below average and very expensive. We ordered a summer salad , Cheese , yogurt, one portion of veal barbeque, 3 small pieces , one fried fish, so oily, we couldn’t eat and one barbecued small sig fish . Water and cola and paid 22, 000 drams . Over expensive for very bad quality food .

Хорошее расположение на берегу озера Севан, Особо красивого пляжа в этом месте нет, но вод красивый - уходящего за горизонт озера! На территории есть хороший бассейн, не большой, но с подогревом и большой солярий с шезлонгами. Ресторан.. столиков мало и очень медленное обслуживание КАКОЕ-ТО СТРАННОЕ - словно нам не рады. Завтрак - из этой же серии, что-то перекусить вы найдете, но в дальнейшем не захотите повторить. Рядом нет магазинов, так что шанс остаться голодным есть. Как выход можно заказать еду в номер и это сглаживать негативное впечатление. Ы целом кроме вида с балкона и бассейна тут больше ничего нет.

Positive points: We stayed in double rooms and the cottage. The rooms were clean with very nice view and friendly service. The infinity pool is clean and cool. The inn has access to Sevan lake for swimming. Negative points: - breakfast is limited - pool could have been bigger - the bathrooms had a horrible smell and it seemed to be a building issue

Lovely lake view hotel. Room well appointed, although air con was completely dead (wouldn't even switch on). Reasonably good breakfast, although took staff a while to organise things. Wandered down for a drink at 9:00 pm looking for a bar for a beer. Told no bar, you have to order drinks from the restaurant. The restaurant said they were closed and no drinks available. Crazy, huge terrace area overlooking the lake and no bar!

Complete lack of management, culture and service. The hotel restaurant gathers groups of locals who behave defiantly and extremely disrespectfully towards guests: smoking and loud music after 23:00. Staying at the hotel is not safe, including for foreign tourists.
