"As the travel was for business purposes and that was the only hotel available in the central location but unfortunately the cleaning stuff wasn't organised that's not an excuse if it's even a Star hotel .Theres a standard procedure that should be followed for cleaning . After a complaint to the receptionist - no action was done , only towels were changed otherwise ignoring the allergies that were mentioned during the stay . Dusty room especially on the top of surfaces. The old hotel didn't mean a dirty or gross one . Improving needs in all areas especially housekeeping."

"I was there this morning for my daughter's English tests! We sat in the hall waiting for them to finish drinking coffee coming out of the writing after 3 hours of a child with a 20-minute break for her oral break I give her a cold sandwich to bite before the waitress comes back and she's noticing that I'm not allowed to eat anything else, acceptable, but I told her we came here for tests and the kid has to eat two bits to get back in, so he has to go to the pesole opposite to eat it?"

"The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a pool and a rooftop bar, but these were frequently closed for no apparent reason. You have to pay attention to a few details: the sheets are only changed when the corresponding tag is placed on the bed. This tag must first be found in the brochure in the room. We stayed for nine nights. The breakfast is consistent, very tasty, but still too unbalanced for guests staying longer. The room was very nice! The hotel itself is very nice!"
