A small but very cozy hotel with a large territory. The staff is polite and helpful with advice. The rooms are large and clean.

I especially love the proprietress. The breakfast is rich and nutritious, and the hygiene is excellent. It is very close to the outlets and very convenient. All facilities are complete, and there are a few kettles. A hotel I particularly like! Very child-friendly

We stayed at Capriccio Art hotel for two nights as part of our shopping trip to Milan outlets without much thought as it was very near to the outlets . BUT what a pleasant stay it was . The hotel is very aesthetically done up with pieces of art from different artists .. Teh room was big ( a big luxury in Europe ) and the washroom modern and big too . The hygiene levels were top standards . The staff was exceptionally polite and trained very well . The Highlight of the trip and the hotel was the food .. it was such flavourful authentic Italian food that we ended up having dinner at the hotel on all days of our stay . The coffee they served was awesome too .. three cheers for the chef at Capriccio Art . The best was they were able to make vegan dishes for me as I am lactose intolerant..will definitely plan a stay again and highly recommend to anyone going to serravalle ..

It’s odd location on a busy intersection proved to be beneficial as it is close to a high-end outlet center. Our junior suite was roomy, well insulated, acceptable bedding, clean. The praised dining experience, however, was disappointing, lacking imagination, character and purpose. The local Careglio wine saved us. Equally dull uninspired Breakfast. Delightful hosts.

A good restaurant in Serravalle Scrivia, quite nice in location and with a good menu with typical dishes! We chose both first and second courses from off the menu with typical dishes enriched with truffles. In reality, the truffle was there but I didn't notice the typical strong smell and flavour. I don't know if it's due to the period or the variety (since we don't use truffles in the kitchen). The bill is medium-high. Advised!

When I'm in the area for work, I try to stop here to sleep, but also just for dinner. Because when imagination meets talent, the dishes are exquisite. If they are then accompanied with elegant surroundings and good friendly service, we are at the top! And the menu changes often, with always tasty proposals, without forgetting the tastes of the more traditionalists, to whom a separate menu is dedicated. But I advise you to "take a risk" and try - as I did last time - the Jerusalem artichoke pansotti with si bagna cauda drops and the crunchy cannoli with cod creamed in saffron stew: worthy of a starred chef!

I stayed at this property trusting the reviews but my opinion is not entirely positive. Upon arrival, there is no signage relating to the entrance to the hotel, therefore it is difficult to find access to the reception. Friendly staff but the room didn't impress me. First of all, the cleanliness was not excellent (a few cobwebs and a small invasion of bees despite the windows being closed...who knows where they came in from). Furthermore, in a hotel (especially a 4-star one) what I cannot stand is breakfast with food imposed by the management, i.e. without the possibility of choice and this is what happens in this structure; in fact it is delivered to your table directly by the person in charge without being able to decide anything, furthermore the products did not seem to me to be of quality but rather "supermarket-like". I have not tried the internal restaurant but it is also open to external customers, in this regard I would perhaps have appreciated a special consideration for hotel guests through, for example, a small discount on the price of dinner.

Ein ganz spezielles, aber wunderschönes Hotel. Mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns hier so richtig willkommen. Alle waren ehrlich nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Neben den wunderschönen Zimmer war auch das Frühstück ausgezeichnet.
