The hotel is very close to Jianghan Road and has a good geographical location. You need to enter from an alley and go upstairs. The navigation made me circle around twice before I found it, but the check-in front desk said that if it couldn't be found, I should call him to pick me up. I felt very sloppy when I went upstairs. I had made the reservation late in the beginning and didn't want to go through any more trouble. I thought it would just be a one-night stand and didn't hold out much hope. But later on, every item added points: the front desk staff at check-in were warm and sincere, the recommended hot dry noodles were really delicious, and the pork ribs and lotus root soup was amazing. Good service, responsiveness to every issue, never perfunctory. The room is clean and tidy, without any peculiar smell, and the projection is adjusted to the best viewing effect. In general, the price is low and the cost performance is high. I will recommend my friends to stay here when they come to Wuhan.

Service: I booked a room at Jianghan Road specifically for New Year's Day and New Year's Eve. This experience was arguably the worst I've ever had staying in a hotel! I booked birthday and New Year's Eve cakes in advance, and clearly informed the hotel of my name and the last digit of my mobile phone number. However, the hotel did not verify my name, the last digit of my mobile phone number, or my room number, and just gave my cake to someone else! The cake was delivered to the wrong person at 8:30, and I didn’t know the bad news until I returned home at around 12:00 in the morning. I returned to the hotel in the early morning and waited for more than half an hour before I could figure out what happened by checking the surveillance footage. The key point is that the ice cream cake I ordered basically melted after it was taken away. Such an important day ended up being messed up by the hotel, which completely ruined my mood. This kind of service attitude and management level is really speechless. The subsequent handling was even more outrageous. In the middle of the night, the customer service guy at the front desk was grinning and asked him to give my boss a WeChat message to make excuses. I applied to add the boss on WeChat the night before, but he didn’t agree until I left the hotel the next afternoon. The boss thinks it’s a small matter. Everything that had been planned for a long time was disrupted. . . If the guest who took the food by mistake hadn’t had a good attitude, I don’t know how long I would have been arguing with this hotel! ! ! ! ! Environment: The environment in the hotel is average, but the water pressure for showering varies. You can take a surprise blind box shower. The soundproofing is very poor, you can even hear the neighbors flushing the toilet and closing the door. The projection effect is okay, but the fan speed of the projector is louder than that of the air conditioner. If you don't know, you might think you are driving a motorcycle in the room. The boss also said that the hotel’s hardware and environment outside cannot be changed, so we should just provide the best service. Is this what they call service? The entire hotel’s corporate philosophy is different from its actual practices, and it is hard to doubt whether it is just empty slogans. For the whole incident, I don’t have much complaints towards the staff who took the wrong thing and the customer across the street. But I was very angry at the playful guy who handled the follow-up in the middle of the night and the boss who didn’t take it seriously and kept saying nice things to me! ! ! Barrier😡

I was worried about the environment outside, but it turned out to be very good inside. There was no peculiar smell in the room. It felt very warm as soon as I came in. When you check in to the hotel, a young man will help you carry your luggage. There are two options for water: room temperature water and ice water. There are many things at the front desk that you can use for free. The boss will also bring takeout to your door. You can also store your luggage when you leave, and someone will help you take your luggage downstairs. In short, the service attitude is 100000000 points, and the room is 10000000000 points. There are night markets, shopping malls, convenience stores, and everything else nearby! I checked in on Wednesday. The boss upgraded my room because I was a girl. I will stay here again next time I come to Wuhan! ! !

When you come back tired from playing, you can lie down and watch the movie on the projection wall. It's really comfortable. There are food and drinks downstairs, and Jianghan Road is just a short walk away.
