Everything was good.

Great service with friendly front desk people. Room was clean. Loved the area next to the pretty river. The breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic place to stay in. It’s close by a shopping mall and walking street to spend the time and buying stuff. Nice buffet breakfast. Definitely a place to come back…

Value for money. The location is great. We were 4 couples staying at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is amazing right next to the river with many small coffee shops and bars. I definitely recommend this small but nice hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou.

It was such a beautiful place. Close to almost everything, and the staff were extremely nice!!

The check-in time was 2 pm, and we arrived at almost 3 pm. After completing the formalities, the waiter took us to the room, but to our surprise, the room was not cleaned yet. After waiting for a while, the waiter suggested changing the room to a room in the same location on the ground floor. We had no objection because we had not eaten lunch and were very hungry! The waiter took us to the new room, plugged in the room card for power and turned on the lights. After a brief introduction, he left. When we started to pack our luggage, the lights in the room were turned off. It turned out that the waiter took the room card with the room card plugged in for power when he left. gone! I had no choice but to run to the front desk to get another card. Although this room has an underground courtyard, the furniture is tattered and the broken table is placed next to the balcony, making it feel like it is a debris warehouse. There is an "advanced" light switch system in the room. The control instructions are totally unrelated to the actual situation. It is also mixed with the cleaning and do not disturb instructions. Every time the light is turned on and off, there is a cycle.

The hotel is located in the historical district of Dadou Road, beside the Grand Canal, between Gongchen Bridge and Xiangji Temple. Qiju Quiet Hotel shares breakfast with Qili Hotel. It is very cost-effective. Fuyi Cang and Xiaohezhi Street are not far away. I will come back to stay if I have the chance.

When I checked in on April 14, the front desk lady and the boy were very enthusiastic and responsible. Since the hotel has no elevator, the boy helped me carry the suitcase to the room. Thank you very much. When I checked out on the 16th, another lady and boy were at the front desk. When they saw me carrying a big suitcase from upstairs, they just pretended not to see it. The hotel environment is good, and each building is surrounded by flowers and plants. Mosquitoes will live with you. The cleaning lady is very polite. Every time she sees me, she will greet me warmly and ask if I need help.

The room is OK, the facilities feel a bit old and damaged, but the service of the hotel itself is very, very good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, responsive, always cheerful, a very cost-effective hotel

The location is very good, right by the Grand Canal, and Xiangji Temple is nearby. Breakfast was at the Qili Hotel, probably a sister company. We stayed in two duplex rooms this time. One bad thing about the room was that there was no telephone, so we had to use our mobile phones to make calls. Also, the floor drain in one of the rooms was very smelly. The room we booked came with afternoon tea, which was quite delicious. I lost a power bank in the room, and I called to ask, but they said it was gone. I was a little puzzled.

Before the trip, I decided to book Qi Ju Hotel on the spur of the moment. It was very cost-effective, clean and quiet. I had breakfast at Qi Li Hotel and I liked it very much!

The hotel is not worth the price of 365. It seems nice at first glance, but upon closer inspection, I found it was not clean. The design of the sink is very unreasonable, water easily splashes out and wets clothes and the floor, and the toilet is not easy to use. There is only one trash can in the room. You have to walk over to the sink to throw garbage. The light control is also inconvenient. You will know exactly why it is inconvenient. The most important thing is that the sound insulation is very poor. I personally am not that sensitive to noise, but this is the worst sound insulation among the many hotels I have stayed in. People talking outside the door are just like talking in my room. I am really speechless. I won’t stay here again. I stayed at the Radisson for 365 yuan and the environment is better than yours.

The location is convenient, with many places to visit around. We are very satisfied with the separate spaces on the upper and lower floors of the room. I will stay at your house next time I come to Hangzhou, especially for afternoon tea.
