Room is good, location is perfect. All the staff from front desk to housekeeping are friendly and helpful. They gave you big smiles even in mid night!!

The staff at Kin Hotel provided amazing service for me and my partner during our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in HCM with Kin Hotel! Room was clean and modern, free breakfast daily, 10/10 service, with only one exception that walls are a little thin and you can hear sounds from corridor quite clearly. Location of the hotel was amazing, located in Japan Town with many restaurants (even 4Ps) nearby, and convenient stores just minutes away. Would highly recommend overall, amazing stay!

The hotel is in a great location, just a 3-5 minute walk to Japan Street. The staff provided professional and courteous service. The room was clean with a modern design. When we encountered an issue with the TV remote, the hotel staff quickly resolved it. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was above average. Considering the price, the value for money is excellent! 😊

Hotel is located in the Japanese town so there's a number of Japanese restaurants nearby. You can also walk to saigon square or the ben thanh market and there's a good massage place just beside the hotel. Room is clean and service is good.

This hotel is in a great location, quite in the evening and still walkable to many places. It's one of the few hotels with a room with a window facing the back which is quiet and price is reasonable. The staff are really helpful and nice especially Tris she went out of her way to buy some disinfectant and bandages for my wound and helped me bandage it up when my leg got hit by a trolley at one of the markets. I was so tired of trying to find a pharmacy myself earlier without any luck, I was so grateful for her help! Only small downside to this hotel is the small toilet room, if they change the type of door it would be easier to move around in. I am quite small size but even I have problem closing the toilet door from the inside and leaving the door open hit my legs. Overall, I would definitely stay here again when I come to HCM

This hotel has an excellent location with convenient access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The staff is friendly and professional, making guests feel truly welcomed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-maintained facilities. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend to friends. Will definitely return!

Very nice hotel in a good location, convenient to walk to all the shops and city centre. An enjoyable stay. Breakfast buffet was food and had sufficient selections for a nice meal. I do recommend that bacon is fried elsewhere as the ventilation inside the breakfast area will not remove the smell. The rooms are spaciius and beautifully designed. The view is nice too. Will definitely recommend friends and family to stay here!

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and our stay was amazing!! The service from the moment you step in to the moment you step out is top tier. They have such welcoming, attentive and friendly staff who always go above and beyond. I don’t think I opened the door myself once when entering or exiting the building and was greeted warmly every morning and upon every return!! The rooms themselves are very clean and it stays that way as they have an impeccable house keeping service. They have breakfast available every morning and a gym which isn’t very extensive but has all the essentials. There also isn’t a pool, however, with the location being in the heart of Japan town and within walking distance of all the major sites (War Remnant Museum, Independence Palace, CBD), health and wellness centres and great food as well as in range for day tour pick up, this isn’t much of an issue as there is plenty to see and do at your doorstep. We will definitely be back!!

First time staying here, 4 days 3 nights. All was awesome spent and very satisfied with their service. Very clean hotel and just renovated. Breakfast is included and even though the spread is not a lot but menu change every day when I were there and most importantly tasty, very delicious. Location wise, very strategic with many restaurants around till night.

Overall: 9.5/10 Staff and service: 5/5 Polite and helpful. Thumbs up Location: 5/5 Not noisy and it’s located at Japanese street area. 10-15 mins walk to the central area. Amenities: 3/5 No swimming pool no gym no sky bar. Only restaurant for breakfast. Room and comfort: 4.5/5 Room is clean. Bed is ok but pillow is a bit too high for me. Big window is a plus point.

I had a pleasant stay at Kin Hotel Thai Van Lung. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d be happy to stay here again.
