The staff at the hotel are great! Very helpful and nice! However, amenities are lacking like they couldn’t provide ice buckets. But aside from that, the room’s are spacious!

Room was clean. All the service staff was really friendly and attentive. They even helped us to unload and load our luggages, and recommended nice places to visit. The hotel may be 4-stars but the service is definitely 5-stars equivalent!

The hotel has a perfect location, super central, brand new, staff super kind and helpful (from the front-desk team to the restaurant manager Dung, everybody is really kind). Nice room, on 9th floor, clean, nice view over the city, good breakfast with lots of western and Asian choices. Definitely recommend this

Clean, comfortable beds. Responsive when making enquiry via email. Room has been designed to be efficient, toilets are small with “glass walls”, but is ok. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast spread is decent and tastes good.

Strategic location with lots of eateries, restaurants, massage and 24-hour mart. The hotel service is fantastic. Staff are friendly and provided excellent service. They even arranged for my shoes cleaning although it was not in the laundry list. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you for your superb service, Kin Team!

The staff at Kin Hotel provided amazing service for me and my partner during our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in HCM with Kin Hotel! Room was clean and modern, free breakfast daily, 10/10 service, with only one exception that walls are a little thin and you can hear sounds from corridor quite clearly. Location of the hotel was amazing, located in Japan Town with many restaurants (even 4Ps) nearby, and convenient stores just minutes away. Would highly recommend overall, amazing stay!

The hotel is in a great location, just a 3-5 minute walk to Japan Street. The staff provided professional and courteous service. The room was clean with a modern design. When we encountered an issue with the TV remote, the hotel staff quickly resolved it. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was above average. Considering the price, the value for money is excellent! 😊

Hotel is located in the Japanese town so there's a number of Japanese restaurants nearby. You can also walk to saigon square or the ben thanh market and there's a good massage place just beside the hotel. Room is clean and service is good.
