"Overall it was a very good experience for the price. I would have given cleanliness 5/5 if the pillow doesn't have marks though it is clean and the room odour doesn't smell strange. As for location, I would have given a 4/5 if the sound of of train keep disrupting my sleep. Food is easy to access but good food may need to travel quite a bit. Their highlight was their services. Always accommodating for any reasonable request that I requested. They were also fast in delivering their services. Their smile and politeness warmth the heart. Amenities were ok as they matched a 4 star hotel."

"Located on the outskirts at South Tangerang. But also connected to small town nearby. For travellers driving/riding, there is a basement carpark but you have to ask the counter for the rates. When you enter, there is a gantry guarded by two security guys. Front desk staff are very polite. Room was clean. Towels could use the extra softener scent, otherwise it is sanitised. Toilets are clean enough and functional. The shower head is standard 3-mode. They come with complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste. Soap is provided. You got two 600ml of complimentary bottled water. They do offer snacks and 1.5L bottled water. You have to pay to want to consume them. Its labelled on them. There is a TV box with LAN provided. You can browse your favorite shows. Youtube is available too. I suggest you bring your own Portable Hotspot for wifi. Bedsheets and pillows are clean and soft. Really like the matress. Not too hard, just nice. You got a desk facing the window. Aircon works really well. IF YOU SMOKE, PLEASE NOTIFY STAFF TO ARRANGE A DIFFERENT ROOM. ＜- All caps for importance thx :)"

"The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience."

"It's youngish, it's hip, but the room is so tiny, it's like they cramped a portalet inside. And the linens and towels have seen better days, they look worn-out. I was surprised that this was an Ascot hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. My boss wasn't pleased. :("

"Booked the smoking room which was my fault, then asked them to change to non-smoking then charge me separately, but the smoking room was very badly stink .. so I'd rather go to the room w/o bad smell ... breakfast was so so .. but they need to improve their coffee machine as the one they put outside is not generating real coffee ... taste is very bad and very low quality .. since I changed to non smoking room then I was fine .. Trembesi is busy then u can go here as it's just beside"

"Hotel is good but there is nothing in the surrounding and therefore you need to get a car or taxi to nearby. However with the traffic in Jakarta , it means you have to wait for very long for the car to come. For business traveler who wish to have good rest, is best to get another hotel because there is a mosque just beside the hotel and the prayer starts from 330am to 430 am which disrupt sleep. I have stayed at other hotel before but never encounter this."

"Always satisfied whenever I stay at Hotel Praya, whether it's with my partner or on a family vacation. The atmosphere is peaceful, the rooms are clean, and the facilities are complete. The staff service is also friendly, and the check-in/check-out process is super fast. The location is also strategic. I've had the chance to try both the double bed and twin bed room types, and both proved to be equally comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Good location, close to Pasmod BSD with wide variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. Room is adequently clean and well-maintained. However the hotel located close to the railways, the noise from the passing trains can be clearly heard from the room, may not suitable to light sleepers."
