I recently visited The Mines Resort (my 2nd visit), and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The surroundings are beautifully maintained with lush greenery and a peaceful lake that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were clean and well-kept, offering a perfect mix of comfort and luxury.
Whether you’re there for a quiet getaway, a golf session, or just to enjoy the scenic views, The Mines Resort truly delivers. I especially loved how calm and private the environment felt — it’s a great escape from the busy city life. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene retreat.

This place used to be nice, but now it’s really run-down and poorly maintained. The pool was green, the shower water was brown, and the bathtub was only held together with tape at the corners. The toilet tank took a long time to refill after flushing. The back gate from the room to the pool had no lock, which felt unsafe — especially since the sliding door lock wasn’t strong or reliable.
I had to check out after the first night, despite booking for two. The staff were welcoming, but the place urgently needs proper maintenance and better cleanliness, especially when it comes to the water. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The place is nice for a staycation. The man made beach is something worth enough for families to come here. I will repeat to stay here but for a family of 5, i need to pick a bigger room😅. Will try the family suite the next time i come here. I love the strategic location. You dont need to worry where to have dinner because The Mines shopping mall is just near to the hotel. Tq hotel for providing buggy ride to the mall. Thumbs up for this service. But pls, the amenities in ur room need to be upgraded

What I love about this place is the location. Its right inside the city, but still gives you that “holiday by the beach” feeling. You can actually enjoy the sand even though you’re not far from the hustle and bustle. It’s relaxing, family-friendly, and very convenient if you don’t want to travel too far for a quick getaway.
