The hotel is located in what we found to be a quiet tourist area, yet centrally located, right next to a small park with a playground. It's only 2 minutes to the San Bernardo metro station, and about 5 minutes to the Bilbao station, which has many restaurants. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until our room was ready, and again on our day of departure. The lobby is very nice, with plenty of seating. The rooms are functionally furnished but offer plenty of space. The double bed was comfortable, as were the pillows, and everything was very clean. The bathroom has shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion, as well as other toiletries. It's a bit noisy; we could especially hear the shower in the adjoining room, as if someone was showering in our room. However, since it was in use during normal hours, it didn't bother us. The breakfast buffet is excellent and offers something for every taste. The staff is very friendly.

It is convenient to go to the airport. You can use the bus card to take bus No. 200 directly to any passenger terminal.
Although the breakfast is relatively simple, it is cost-effective among similar hotels in Madrid.

Great place to stay, comfy and very clean room. Less than 10 minutes taxi drive away from the airport. The staff were all just so lovely and so helpful. They booked me a taxi for the next day for my flight and everything was just perfect and on time. Even for visiting into the center of Madrid, was about 25 subway away and very easy to find. Definitely recommend when visiting or getting a flight from Madrid

It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had a microwave oven, IH, cooking utensils, tableware, refrigerator, detergent, etc., which was very convenient. The room smelled good and was clean. It was inconvenient that the outlet was not next to the bed and only a little in a strange position.

At first, I changed rooms because the bathroom in room 406 smelled so bad as soon as I entered. Room 603 didn't smell and had a good view. However, it was an old building + there was quite a lot of noise when the door was opened and closed. I woke up to the sound of other rooms leaving just after 6 in the morning. It was pretty good at blocking out outside noise. The very small terrace (balcony?) was slightly tilted down, so I took a picture with only one foot on it in case it collapsed. It was 103 euros including breakfast on a weekday in May. Breakfast was okay. The bathroom smelled a little like a sewer the next day, but it wasn't bad. The bed was okay, and the bathroom and shower were spacious! The view in room 603 was also good because it was open. I don't know about the other rooms, but if they gave me room 603, I would visit again. But if I checked in late and only room 406 was left... I don't think I would come back.

The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.

The front desk staff was excellent. I arrived early, and since a room was available, they kindly offered me a complimentary early check-in. I truly appreciated their flexibility.

The room door was a bit tricky. After swiping the key card, you needed to push it quite firmly to open it. I struggled to open it a couple of times, thinking it was faulty. I eventually called the front desk, and they clarified that I simply wasn't pushing hard enough.

Guests can go up to the rooftop terrace without a reservation to take photos, offering fantastic views of the Sagrada Familia. The hotel's close proximity to Sagrada Familia also means you can easily visit in the morning to capture its reflection.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, with subway and bus stations nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. The rooms are quite spacious, comfortably accommodating two adults and one child. Cleanliness was excellent. Additionally, a large supermarket is just a short walk away, which was very convenient for our daily needs.

This hotel is in a very good location and their people are very kind, we arrived around 12:30am to the hotel, the breakfast is very good, my kids enjoyed the swimming pool
