The hotel is well located in the centre of Kota Warisan with various food stores and shopping malls.
With the price , you dont expect a comfortable room as it's quite noisy at night where the next room guest conversation can be heard loudly.

While this hotel is cheap, there are zero amenities and it is severely run down and most things in the room are broken or don't work.
I would not recommend or stay again, everything was dirty and felt disgusting.
